 + -1 moreWhile their Products are beautiful and their installers were GREAT, their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I purchased a fountain that was not functioning but was told there would be some splash. The water is POURING out the top tripping the GFI so it is basically useless. I called to schedule an appointment to see IF the pump could be turned down or MAYBE a smaller pump. WOW YOU'D THINK I CUT OFF HIS ARM!!! The SCHEDULER was EXTREMELY ARGUMENTATIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL. We have owned our company for 35 years and would NEVER treat a customer like that EVER!!! Either the owner doesn't know or he's the son. Fortunately we called someone else and got THEIR PROBLEM FIXED. DON'T SHOP THERE!!!

 + -1 moreWhen I visited them I was told that they provided free landscape design service, which I requested. Noone ever showed up. I compared their prices with other sources and found them to be mostly on the high side.

 + -1 moreWe were delighted with the service and the finished jobs. Justin who recommended the plant material and layout clearly underwood what we wanted and was more than helpful in answering our questions about his recommendations. He subsequently supervised the work being done. I believe several of our friends in the area have used Green Goddess and they have been very happy with the finished results. I might note that our second job (in December 2012) was quite small but they had no hesitation on quoting and the job was done on time. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: When I purchased my home in 2009, the landscaping in my front yard was quite minimal. I needed more plants and some of the existing plants upgraded. The company gave me a detailed estimate and scope of work as well as details on the suggested plants. They did the work in June 2012 In addition to the new irrigation they ran wiring for lights which I subsequently purchased and installed. This fall we decided to upgrade the plant material in a small area by the front door. The area does not receive much sun so finding the right material was critical. Green Goddess gave me an estimate that included reworking the irrigation and lighting in the area and selected plant material that decidedly enhanced the front entry.

 + -1 moreTHE STAFF AT THE GREEN GODDESS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EDUCATING US ON THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOUNTAINS AVAILABLE, ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF FOUNTAINS, AND FOUNTAIN CARE.

 + -1 moreALTHOUGH WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FOUNTAIN AND THE COMPANY DID EXCELLENT WORK IT WAS NOT PLEASANT DEALING WITH GREEN GODDESS. THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND NOT OVERALL HELPFUL WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO DECIDE EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. WE ASKED IF THEY WOULD CALL US WHEN THE FOUNTAIN WAS READY AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T, WE WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM. ONCE WE CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS READY WHEN WE GOT OVER THERE IT WAS NOT READY AND WE HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP OVER THERE 4 DAYS LATER.
