 + -1 moreJim has become my regular handyman due to his many talents as well as his efficient use of time. He also has an artistic eye and creative side, so can help think through solutions to problems that you might not think of yourself. Examples of past work: improved our front yard drainage system; installed our TV mount and reconnected the TV and all cables/wires; replaced a rotting fascia board; replaced several door knobs throughout our house; installed a ceiling fan; replaced the garage door weather strip. Only one time he wasn't able to come on the day he said, and wasn't able to call--this was the only time in about 10 visits that I wondered what had happened. Otherwise, he is always on time, and always gets the job done right and much faster than you can imagine.
Description of Work: During this particular visit, he installed a smart front door lock that I had purchased; fixed a hall bath light; and purchased and installed several plastic wall plates to cover cables and wiring.

 + -1 moreHe did a great job. He was on time and efficient with his time. I would recommend him! My job was so small that several companies declined to even come out, but Jim was out here and got the job done in a flash!
Description of Work: He fixed our electronics for our sprinkler system by replacing a wire.
