Install was ffast, work quality was good. No issues. No problems.

They showed up when scheduled, and that's rare enough. But they went above and beyond to resolve our antenna problem, and followed up in a timely manner.

The installer, Steven, was on time, curtious, showing professionalism, knowledge of the industry and completeness of the job. He adjusted the antenna 4 times to get the maximum amount of channels. 4.5 stars, "Value for the money", was because this home does not get channel 12.1. after installation. It had nothing to do with the service. Could be interference with Mesa, Gateway Airport. Even with no channel 12.1, this home has 29 free channels as to Cox Starter TV only got about 12 channels. This home saves $323.88 per year installing HDTV outside antenna. It will pay for itself in 13 months. Thank you System Tech for an overall good job

I had an antenna installed on my roof in Fountain Hills. The Technician that came out was quite good. I would say it was somewhat expensive at $400 but it seems to work OK. I get several channels now that I did not get before on my temporary antenna, though I did lose a couple of channels i previously received. Seemed to be a bit of a compromise in that regard. I did not get a box installed on the side of my house where the cable goes in like I was promised but otherwise the installation looks neat & tidy.

There was just a loose cable on our roof. I had to hire someone to go on the roof and take it down. The young man was professional and took the cable down. As it is a townhouse complex he had to walk all the way to the end to retrieve the entire cable.

Systemtech was the third company I called for an HD antenna install as we were getting rid of Direct TV and using our Smart TV's and a Roku to handle other shows and movies, but needed the local Phoenix area channels. Steve answered the phone, he answered all of my questions, as I had done a lot of research on this project and wanted to make sure I was getting a quality product and a pro that knew what they were doing. Systemtech was all of that. Steve quoted me a price, and I accepted it over the phone. Steven the installer was on time, introduced himself, disconnected all of our Direct TV boxes and coax. Went on the roof, took down the satellite dish and installed the HD antenna, came down, hooked all three TV's up, made sure all the channels worked..(well over the local # of channels) then went back on the roof to do the final work and was done. He left us cards and said to call if we had any problems. Steven was very knowledgeable, polite and knew his business. I would recommend Systemtech to anyone who is thinking about cord cutting. !

I'm a real estate broker and needed an alarm system transformer replaced and of course I needed it done yesterday, They were there within an hour or so of when I called.The service tech was great! Very nice and polite young man. In won't call anyone else for this type of service.

Systemtech folks 1) provided fast support, I placed my call late in the day for a satellite radio antenna for our home. (Sirius Radio) Within 30 minutes Rich researched the solution, ordered parts and set up installation. The installer figured out quickly how the system could be installed using available cable lines withing the home. Great JOB, no cables had to be run through the home. These guys are pro's.
