Superior Stone, Cabinet and Tile LLC

The granite is beautiful and the two craftsman did a beautiful job. However, the most unbelievable, and worst part of this experience, is that the workers actually fabricated the entire project in the parking lot of my condominium complex! Not only was it noisy, and extremely dusty, (granite dust in literal clouds) the dust of this granite covered several cars in the parking lot. I had to pay the worker $20 to cover what a resident demanded from him so she could wash her car! Many were infuriated; I think I'm the black sheep of the condos now! I was completely unaware that fabrication would be on site. Measurements were taken so doing it here was completely unnecessary and unprofessional to say the least. Unfortunately, the association here at the condos had just completed a re-sealing of the entire parking lot and you can only imagine the wrath. I'm wondering why I never received a follow up call from my invisible sales guy. I guess I already the know the answer to that one; he's afraid to talk to me. It really was quite a fiasco.

Price was good, hire than estimate. Had to have them back to correct a scratch. They did buff out granite.

The installers left a mess nails in the driveway scrapings and stuff in my cabinets and drawers that they didn’t clean out

Hunter, my first contact, saw us through the whole process. He brought samples to our home, explained the 3 day process for my project, and met us at the showroom to pick our counters, sink and back splash tiles. They were not the lowest bid, but they know there stuff and gave us a sense of confidence.We love the result! They delivered in 3 days as promised, their installers were excellent. I highly recommend them.

Easy to order, nice selection of granite for our vanity project, customer service at the store was great. The installer did a perfect job!

They spent about 8 hours (granite countertops for a small kitchen), and cost was about $2800). They were prompt, friendly, and cleaned up after the job. The cost was very reasonable and the project turned out great.

He did a great job, knew what he was doing. Very nice person. Going to hire him for another job.

Quality was excellent, the installation was expert and the cost for value was much lower than the other estimates we received.

Everything was made easy with Jeff Chaignot. He was always available to answer questions and make helpful suggestions. The countertop prices there are very reasonable, and although their was a small quirck at the time of installment, they were willing and able to solve it. Overall a very good experience.

David wylie provided the best customer service possible, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honesty and great service. David explained everything in detail, which made the process smooth and easy. He had no problem working around my schedule and everybody was friendly and professonal. I wish allmy projects could go this smooth, thanks david hope you little girl is doing well.

When I first called Superior Stone, I was given a very high quote. Later, Tim called me and I told him about the high quote. He gave me a very reasonable quote -- the best one I had received, after talking to many companies -- and he made an appt. to come out and take measurements. We, then, went in and picked out our stone. The workmen arrived on time, built supports under part of the counter area, at no extra charge, and did an excellent job of installing the granite. I am very happy with Superior Stone. I would ask for Tim again, if I need more granite.

Wow! Granite countertops were installed and I am very happy! Hunter was friendly and helpful and the installation crew worked very hard to get the countertops down quickly. Superior had the best prices, but we did not eliminate service or qulaity just to get a good deal. I also like how Superior does not charge for countertop removal, which seems like a way to nickel and dime you. Thanx guys!!!

While my experiance with Steve and the others at the office was professional the installers were nothing close. The finished product is fine but they showed up very late 2 days in a row and the over all time to complete the job took twice as long as what we were told.

The sales consultant was very professional. The installer arrived as scheduled, but there was a mistake in the countertop (too long). When we contacted the company they sent another installer out yet that afternoon who removed the countertop and corrected the problem. The finished product is excellent.
