Superior Pool Construction

I contacted the provider for a quote on pool renovation. We set up a time to talk and see the work site. Two people arrived a bit late (I called to remind them) and they offered courteous and professional opinions and questions about the work I wanted done. We agreed that I could expect a quote in a few days. I did not receive the quote and called to ask when I could expect next steps. I never received a response.

They were great and we would absolutely hire them again!

They never followed through with a bid? How could I possibly hire them. When I asked for the bid I was given excuse after excuse.

He gave me so much valuable information because I was having a problem with another pool company. He was very helpful and he said that when it comes time he would come out and give me an estimate. He didn’t charge me for the information. He returned my call the same day. He was responsive and was willing to give information without charging me.

Outstanding! They listened to what we wanted, provided the estimate based on that, stayed within their estimate and did a quality job. They were very timely, completed it before their promised date and always kept on top of the job.

I had used them 13 years ago for the same job and was very happy with the work. This time I got four estimates and they were lowest. All were rated highly on Angie's list under the Pool & Spa Service category except Superior Pool Construction. They didn't appear in the Pool & Spa Service category and I had to find them under some other category. Like before, their work was professional and the cleanup was very good. They always showed up when they said they would.
