Description of Work: Service was scheduled for Friday, Jan.15th, between 7-8 a.m. Never showed. Called at 9:30 A.M. and stated that truck broke down. Wanted to come out within the next hour. Told them no way. Should have called earlier if this was actually the case. Was very UNSYMPATHETIC to my situation. Would never use again!
