They were on time and they stayed within the budget. They did everything that they said they were going to do and when we ran into a problem they came right back out and fixed it. They did a good job.

Jeff responded very quickly to my phone message and we were able to sandwich me in the same day between other appointments. He was on time. We evaluated the system together and after checking several things he was able to determine that the valve and regulator had failed. He replaced both, tested the system, and all was working properly again.

Very professional. Quote was fair and in-line with others. However, he requires the use of a landscape designer for any large yard renovations.

Jeff was easy to contact and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and was able to replace the cracked PVC fitting that was in a hard place to access. He examined our existing irrigation system and showed me how to set the timer and adjust the water settings so I didn't waste so much water. He specializes in installing new irrigation systems and new professional quality landscape lighting. He will also make repairs to existing irrigation systems. Note that he does not install water levelers in fountains or make fountain repairs (try Aquatic Fountains & Ponds). He also prefers not to install ad-hoc low-voltage Malibu lights from Home Depot (call Quality Electric).

One of the best service experiences we have had in a long time. Jeff returned calls promptly, gave us a free estimate and returned to do the work a couple of days later. They were on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very good with our dogs during the installations and repair. Jeff ran us through the new control box when the job was completed and stuck around to answer any questions. Could not have asked for a better job or experience.

Jeff had replaced the system valves about a year ago and advised me the feeder lines going out to two systems in my backyard were getting old and brittle. (I submitted a report on that job and recommended a POH on it.) I couldn't afford to replace the feeders then but called him back early this year. First, they attacked a problem in front where there was a leak I could never repair. The line went under the sidewalk. They found the line was not the same as rest of system. That's why it was always leaking. They replaced it and installed a length of PVC under the walk to facilitate future maintenance They also added a network of emitters for the plants it watered. Then, they replaced the feeder lines and rerouted one section. They did a great job of filling in and leveling the gravel they dug up. In all, they took 2 hours. It would have taken me a week, at least. It was a great job.

I cannot say enough good things about this project, the work done, Jeff and his crew. My backyard is like my own private resort. The front yard looks fantastic, completely transformed. Jeff did all the design himself, he has an excellent eye and uses only desert plants.

Jeff managed to fit me in before I had to go to work, and the work was done by the end of the day. He did not attempt to ''oversell'' me...I told him that I was selling my home, and he recommended a fix at a reduced cost.

Jeff said he would be out the following Monday at 7 a.m. He arrived at 6:55 a.m. That tells the story of how things went. He and his associate replaced the plumbing that comes off the main water supply line and goes to my drip irrigation system and fountain and they also replaced the valve system for the drip system. The work required them to dig out the old components, and they did a very nice job of filling and grading when they finished the work. After replacing the valve system, they checked the drip system for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. They found one major leak and fixed it. They also went through the programming of the system timer to assure it was doing what I wanted it to be doing. All in all, it was a very professional piece of work. My neighbor admired the work and said he wished he had known about Jeff. The neighborhood replaced the plumbing coming off the main line himself last summer and had to redo it four times because of leaks.

Jeff answered my call on Wednesday and said he could be at my house late Friday morning. He was here by 9 a.m. After removing the gate valve and ensuring the irrigation system and fountain were getting water, Jeff and his assistant checked the various valves for the irrigation system and found one was not shutting off. They took that valve apart, replaced a diaphragm that was falling apart and removed several pieces of gravel. He advised me that the plumbing running to the irrigation system and the irrigation system valves are getting old, probably many years past expected life. He gave me an estimate on replacing the plumbing and system valves.

Mr. Wolfe was punctual and performed the work efficiently.

He is very knowledgeable. He tried his best to talk me through it to save me money, but ended up having to come out. Had it diagnosed in 5 minutes.

He's was prompt, efficient, and took time to explain what was and was not needed. Offered cost effective solutions for problems presented.

He called back within 30 minutes of my message. He said he didn't think he could get to it that afternoon but promised he would do it first thing in the morning. He called at 7:15 that morning and had already done the repair. He found the major problem and repaired that. He also corrected two other problems I wasn't aware of.

WE JUST MOVED TO THE AREA FROM THE MIDWEST; AND NEEDED THE CONTROL PANEL ON OUR IRRIGATION SYSTEM REPLACED. JEFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FIXING THE SYSTEM. HE SHOWED US HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE REPAIRS OURSELVES, AND EDUCATED US ON HOW TO CARE FOR PLANTS IN THE DESERT. HE WAS PROMPT, REASONABLY PRICED, HELPFUL, AND A VERY NICE GUY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
