After I searched HomeAdvisor for a someone to refinish my front door, Isaac, the owner of Sun Devil Painting called almost immediately. He told me he could come over for the door and also in our conversation I mentioned I wanted the entire exterior of the house painted. I asked him to do an estimate for that also. He came over and although he did not present all the formal paperwork that other companies had presented he promised quality, timely work and complete satisfaction. He shook my husband's hand and promised we would not be disappointed. Although Sun Devil was not the lowest bid we received (and not nearly the highest) we decided to go with them. The workers from Sun Devil painting did an excellent job. They worked very hard and knew what they were doing. Everything was masked off perfectly and the paint job was perfect. We even had them paint our stucco wall and fence around the yard. They were super courteous, considerate, on time and professional. There were NO extra charges for moving patio furniture, taking down wall decor or working around bushes or shades or removing screens. Isaac kept his word. We were completely satisfied with the beautiful paint job on our house. One of the neighbors commented "now you have the best looking house on the block".

They did the roof. But I couldn't go up to see what they did. Got two price the second day, with more work wished they told me the first day.

I called them on Thanksgiving day not expecting a response. I was pleasantly surprised when Issac responded promptly. He was very clear about the work to be done and what I could except from his worker. Carlos came out to our house at the appointed time and completed the work in a professional manner. Quality oh his work was very good. I will use them again if a need arises.

Came the next day for routine work. Finished in an afternoon. Also sealed my skylight. Feel like I got a good price, because I also had my gutters replaced.

I own a townhouse in Baltimore. I had a leak on my flat roof. Isaac communicated extremely well and he was able to come hours later. His team patched and resurfaced my entire roof. This job was done in a few hours and looks amazing!

I needed someone to fix a few shingles on my roof. They called right away, came to give a quote on the same day, and fixed the roof within two days. They were professional, on time, and did a thorough job. Highly recommended!

The Holden Family is very responsive and very timely. I hired them on the spot, and the repair was completed in the same day! Since this was a leak repair, I will update again after a hard rain to really determine the solidity of the repair.

They showed up when we needed someone immediately. The price they gave us for replacing shingles, fixing the flashing on our chimney, replaced the chimney flue/chimney cap and replacing the flashing on our porch awning couldn’t be beat! They were very prompt and took care of all of the things we needed. We will be keeping them in mind for when we have the chimney pointed in the near future!

they did my flat roof and the gutters because had rainwater coming in everywhere. they showed up a little late but once they started working they completed the job quickly. the owner stayed on the premises almost the entire time they were working and double checked every;thing I wanted done. I would hire them in a minute for any job. they are very friendly and knowledgeable. thanks so much Isaac Holden Contracting
