I would recommend this company. They responded quickly and was able to work on my home. They inspected my gutters, properly secured them, and replaced 2 downspouts for me one with an extension. They were exactly what I needed.

The entire project was done professionally. His came totally prepared. Removed old gutter guards and installed news. Fastened up existing gutter, cleaned and flushed gutter and remove all debry. Washed face of gutter.

I hired Isaac Holden on September 1st 2021 for an emergency roof leak repair. I was quite happy with how prompt he was able to get a team over to my house. Isaac Holden was nice over the phone and although the repair quote was expensive, I felt I was in good hands. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My long and detailed experience is documented below to prevent you from living the same nightmare. TLDR: Poor quality work. Endless problems. September 1st 2021: I expressed to Isaac Holden before his team arrived that I believed the leak was coming from underneath my deck stairs and that Id like this area to be checked. When I arrived home from work I was surprised to see that underneath the deck stairs had not been checked for leaks (the towel I had placed to plug the suspected leak had not been moved). I immediately called Isaac Holden and expressed my concerns to which he stated that the leak had been identified and taken care of. He said the leak was not under the stairs. I told him that it didnt appear that the deck stairs were checked because my towel was unmoved. It seemed like this offended him as he responded with â just wait for the next big rain and if it leaks my team will be back. That comment felt belittling and I thought perhaps I had overreacted and he took offense to me questioning the work. I stopped pressing the issue as I assumed the deck stairs had been checked properly given his responses. September 25th 2021: Given Issacs confidence that the leak was repaired I had the interior of my house repaired and mold removed costing me $1700. October 26th 2021: The next big rain came. Guess whose team was back? I called Isaac Holden because the leak is now damaging the interior repair. Isaac Holden says his team will be back to re-evaluate the area. Prompt response and his team came back out the next day. When I arrive home from work I am again surprised that the deck stairs have not been evaluated. I called Mr. Holden to figure out what has been done and he stated that the original leak repairs his team completed were resealed. Major Red Flag: Does he not trust his repairs to last 2 months and frequently redo work? I asked him if the deck stairs had been evaluated and he said that this was not where the leak was coming from. When I questioned further Isaac Holden became more insistent that everything should be fine and gave me his famous quote â just wait for the next big rain and if it leaks my team will be back. November 4th 2021: Like clockwork, guess whose team was back? I called Isaac Holden quite frustrated with the fact that the leak was still present and had at this point fully ruined our costly interior repair. Isaac expressed some sympathy for what we were going through but never once apologized directly for his work or for misidentifying the source of the leak. He was also a lot less helpful stating that his team would evaluate the areas repaired but told me it is a whole new job to evaluate under the deck stairs because the stairs need to be removed. Major Red Flag: Not checking areas for leaks because it requires more effort. Not checking all areas for leaks at your first visit. At this point I was so frustrated that the deck stairs would not be addressed that I offered to remove them personally before his team arrived. And so I did. This time I stayed home to watch the repair. A single worker came out and used some sealant against the corner of the deck stairs. Nothing fancy just some Home Depot sealant. He went about 3/4 of the way down the deck staircase and then anything out of reach was left unsealed. No leak testing was performed and there was no way to communicate as the worker spoke only Spanish. April 18 2022: The repairs held up until now. I have a small leak coming from the same location and at this point I wont even bother contacting Isaac Holden. N...

I hired Isaac Holden contracting to install gutter guards on existing gutters. I was quoted a fair price and a specific steal micromesh product (**Leaf Blaster Pro**) that would be installed. When I returned home from work, a different inferior aluminum non-micromesh product had been installed altogether. I reached out to Isaac and was told the products were **all the same**. I, unfortunately, had to get confrontational on the phone insisting that an aluminum cover and a steel micromesh product are not the same (the latter being functionally better and more expensive). He ultimately agreed they were different products and said his team would be back the next day to remove the aluminum guards and install the steel micromesh guards (not the **Leaf Blaster Pro**, but the *Leaf Solution Xtreme*). His team came the next day and did just that. Overall a below-average experience. Had the team originally installed the quoted product, it would have been good. Be careful when using Isaac Holden Contracting.

The work was scheduled and executed as planned. The team was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The end result was so great that one of my neighbors asked for the contractor contact info.

The Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards by Gutterglove look fantastic. We had a tremendous downpour a day after installation and the gutters worked perfectly. I signed the contract with Isaac Holden in the morning and the gutter guards were installed by the end of the day. I'm very pleased with the result.
