Overall, very disappointed. They assured me that they would work with my insurance company and have yet to call back the insurance agent after multiple attempts, essentially avoiding them. They did not take pictures of the damages prior to repair causing me to lose the opportunity to get reimbursed by my insurance company for some of what I paid for the repair. Additionally, they more than doubled their initial quote on the day of the repair. I do not recommend using this company.

I apologize to Issac and his crew that this took so long to write. Issac and his team installed gutters on my home, they were there as I accepted the job; they started in the morning and were finished that afternoon. The gutters look great and the price was very reasonable. I also hired them to power wash my house and paint it and the quality of that job was very good also; my house looks like a new house, it even took me a minute to get used to it, but it looks great. Issac even gave me a deal on the price for multiple services. I will definitely hire them again. Give them a call, you won't be sorry.

We had a water stain in a second floor bedroom. Others had looked at it and said our roof was fine. They couldn t locate the source of the leak. Isaac Holden Contracting found the source. It turned out it was the neighbor s roof. They were able to keep the neighbor s roof from leaking into the room. I watched through several hard rainstorms. The fix has held.

They were here early ready to work before I even called. I didn't even know they were coming. But, they had the materials, manpower and the right price for the job. Very personable and willing to work with me. Job was done and off my mind in just a few hours. I would most likely use them again in the future.

Very professional. Prompt. Honest team. Enjoyed working with them very much. Would highly recommend. Gave me a low and high end estimate and even though job went a bit above in terms of work done they kept to high end estimate on contract. Smaller job no one else would give me the time of day for but they made me feel like it was important to them I was happy and had my issue fixed. I had a problem with my roof of the garage section of my house and all other contractors wanted to replace entire roof or entire sections of roof and not work to repair. These guys were happy to listen to my concern and then were very prompt and did excellent work. Got estimate and work done same day! Made contact on Sunday evening and job was done by Tuesday evening. Would definitely recommend and work with this contractor again. I wish this company lots of success.

I had a great experience with this company. They took down my old gutters and installed the new ones in one day. They did an excellent job. They are here today to paint the outside of my home and I am sure they will do an excellent job on that as well. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing, painting and gutter needs. They will probably be able to do some other odd jobs as well. These jobs will be done for a very fair price. I highly recommend this company. I would like to add that they finished painting my home, on the outside, and it looks absolutely beautiful!!! They did the job in a timely manner and used exceptional care in making sure all the glass on my windows were covered so there would be no accidental paint spray. Once again I would recommend this company for all your work that needs to be done. I would also like to add that they cleaned up any trash after the job was done and took it away with them.

I was happy with the work just not the mess left behind. I think you should leave the place as you found it and have the tools you need to clean up afterwards so you don't have to ask the customer for such things.

Quality of work was excellent. Went on to power wash and stain front porch, with ramp, and back deck. Power washed and painted the entire house. Made repairs to concrete steps. Entire crew was professional and easy to communicate with as projects progressed.

They wrote one contract and when they opened the roof,they changed the plan and threatened to walk off the job if I didn't do it their way. The first contract was $3100 and the second was $2800 for half the work or less. They took advantage of a 78 year old.

Isaac was quick to contact me and to show up to review the leak in my roof. I believe they gave me an honest assessment of the problems and proposed appropriate repairs. Their prices are very fair and the quality of their work is excellent. I would hire them again.

ook the money and left me with a leaking flue. Came back a second time and applied glue to seal the leak. Stopped one leak, but the second leak remains. Told me there was something wrong with the heating system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR.

Called them and they went out same day to inspect what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate and did the work the same day! Very honest, affordable, and reliable. We have Sheetrock work that needs to be done next and they WILL be the ones we call do to the job! Thank you so much for your help....

Their response was very timely and they provided the workers necessary to complete the job in a sufficient amount of time. The original paperwork stated that "kiltz" would be applied to prevent bleed through of the water stain on the ceiling but a grey "primer" was applied and we were told that this would do the job. In an effort to assist them so they would not have to return the next day to complete the job, I offered to paint the ceiling myself. I applied two coats of a quality white ceiling paint only to have the stain bleed through. I contacted them via telephone to alert them to this problem and was told to wait a few days and the problem would correct itself. After applying two more coats of paint, the stain has still leaked through. Even though I complained they have yet to call back to see if everything is okay. They did not hesitate to ask for payment as soon as they completed what work they did do but left me to finish the job on my time and at my expense.
