 + -1 moreI recently wrote a review of my bad experience with Steamy Concepts. Since then, Bryant has refunded my money and sent his top tile person out to clean the stains left by the previous worker. He personally contacted me and said he would retrain his team so something like this never happens again. After speaking to him I feel he is an owner that is concerned about his company and the product he and his team puts out.
