They said it would take three weeks for the spa to arrive and it took exactly that. They delivered it the next day and it was exactly what we wanted. The model we originally wanted was out of our price range but they were able to modify that unit to fit within our budget and they were able to work with us on that. They delivered it but it was our responsibility to do all the electrical so we did that ourselves . Then they set it and showed us all the chemicals and how everything worked; it is an above-ground unit; not in the ground. Every person there knew their stuff; they were well knowledgeable. If you wanted to talk to any of them about anything to do with the spa they would answer all of our questions; I thought that was pretty impressive. The product is amazing; every time we go in it we find something it does that we did not know it did. We looked at a lot of products but their product really blew us out of the water. We were impressed with the quality of the construction and the thoughtfulness of how the mechanics were laid out. Their delivery was right on time; they were here when they said they would be.
