OUTSTANDING! ***** We started the project purchasing a new spa thru a very corrupt contractor. He did some initial work on an in-ground spa foundation then the project stopped with demands for full payment. We had to seek legal involvement and we recouped some of our money. Then we looked into other spa companies that would "take on" an unfinished job and provide a choice of spas that would fit our needs. Kayleah at Spa World expertly assisted us in choosing the best spa for our project. She also recommended home builder and contractor, Rick Holman to take over the spa foundation job left a mess by the initial contractor. Spa World communicated with Rick to ensure the specifications would be right for the new spa. Shawn, the Spa World installer was excellent as well. He and Rick worked smoothly together on install day and were always accessible to us for questions during and after the project completion. Spa World, Kayleah, Rick, Shawn and their employees turned the previous contractor's disaster into a back yard spa retreat. They worked in a 100% professional, punctual, articulate, knowledgable, creative, service oriented, quality minded and thorough manner. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!
Description of Work: Spa World sold us a new spa. They recommended an outside contractor, Rick Holman, to assist in construction of the spa in-ground foundation. Then Spa World installed the spa we purchased from them.

Description of Work: I gave Spa World money down on a spa at a homeshow, I was told by the salesman from out of town who did not even work for this company that it was refundable and that i was getting a quality product built here in az. I came to findout after doing research that i had been dooped, the spa was built in FL. and they were not the builder but a retail store. There is not anything i can do now, thankfully it was not a giant amount of money. But this is a shady biz

We just noticed this review from 2008 on this website and researched it. We have no record in our data base of selling anything to a customer with the last name of Broadway. Further Spa World has never carried a spa manufactured in Florida. Spa World has been doing business for 33 years in Arizona and have over 10,000 happy customers. We have a perfect record with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We only sell quality products backed by national manufacturers with good track records. There are other companies with similar names that may carry spas from Florida. This is certainly a case of mistaken identity.
