SOUTHWEST SWIMMING POOL SERVICE & REPAIR

Tom Moore called at 7:15am 4 days ago to get access to my backyard for the warranty work. I thought that this was an inappropriate time to call, as it woke up everybody in my family. Nevertheless, I unlocked the backyard to provide access that day. Luckily, I forgot to replace the lock because Mr. Moore didn't actually show up to do the work until today. I saw him enter my backyard (unannounced) and head back to the pool equipment. I went back to ask who he was (as I wasn't expecting workers today) and found him urinating next to my pool equipment. He laughed about it, clearly thinking it was no big deal. I was not sympathetic to his mood, however, and he then apologized, gave me his card, and went on with his work. When he finished, he informed me that he replaced the cell and that he was sorry again. But he did not offer to wash down the area where he urinated (which is directly next to all my pool equipment and is thus in a position where other people must sometimes work).

Southwest Swimming Pool Service has been great to work with. The tech was very knowledgeable and even gave some tips on pool repair and maintenance. They showed up when they were supposed to and the price was right.

TOM AND HIS CREW ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPED UNCLOG A VERY TRICKY RETURN LINE. TOM RECOMMENDED A SOLUTION TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE AND IT HAS WORKED GREAT.
