+ -1 moreLater, while finishing with the unpacking, I noticed that my ipod was missing. It was with my knitting stuff to go into a box. All my knitting was there, but no ipod. I may have save a few dollars with the coupon, but in the long run, Southwest Movers cost me more. I would never use them again and I make sure to tell everyone I know never to use them.
Description of Work: I had a coupon for Southwest Movers so I thought I would try them. They arrived on time and they went straight to work. While moving, they made sure I knew of any damage to my property before they touched it. After the truck was unloaded, they handed me a piece of paper to sign that says everything is there and in good condition. A couple of days later, while emptying boxes from the garage, I found my Shark Steamer Mop broken in half, hidden. I immediately called the company. The man said that I signed saying everything was ok so too bad. I explained that this was hidden from me. He wouldn't listen.
