Long story short... Sales Rep told me they don't do repairs for solar systems they didn't install themselves, even though their website says they do. I left a review on Google saying exactly what happened and a little later I get a voicemail (and a Google review reply) from the owner apologizing that the sales Rep had been mistaken and a promise that someone would reach out to me today. Guess what? shockingly /s ... no call from them today. Apparently incompetent and unprofessional... I would use a different company.

They did everything I wanted. Very easy to work with, and promptly fixed all the issues I had. They seemed much more willing to do what I wanted, as opposed to other companies that seemed to do what they wanted.

We first contacted SouthFace Solar in January 2020, and our system was up and running in early April. Although it has been only a couple of weeks now, I must say I am very happy at this point. The personnel have all been very helpful. This is not a short process since building permits, SRP approvals, etc., etc. are required. There were a couple of minor hitches, but all were solved quickly with a call to or from Vance, their representative. If you are considering adding solar to your home, I highly recommend this company. I will readily call them again should the need arise.

I have had 40 years experience hiring assorted contractors for various major projects. In my experience, no project is completed without a hitch. The measure of a company is how they handle issues that may arise. SouthFace Solar exceeded our expectations, and we recommend them without reservation.

Perfectly. After doing tons of homework for the best solar energy company, which was very difficult to wade through all the over-priced and poor customer service companies that exist, we finally found one that had honesty and great customer service. All of the people in this company were in the service and pride themselves on integrity. When I first phoned them their president answered the phone and spoke with me. I could just tell how fair priced and honest they were. They were at least $10,000-$15,000 less than the average companies I had spoken to. They actually handled EVERYTHING for us. It was a great experience, and now we are generating our own power. If we had just a little bit bigger roof, we could be completely off the grid. I highly recommend using this company.
