Not good!!

Scott was prompt and performed the work very quickly. His price was fair and the job turned out great. I would recommend him and I will use him again.

The work went very well. The men (2 + Scott) were here for ~3-4 hours. The charge was $250 for the work completed, and $100 for the ocotillo which is guaranteed x1 if it does not take. My yard looks great, and would have taken me many weekends to accomplish what they did in a few short hours. I have already given Scott's information to two other friends who were looking for someone reliable.

Scott was amazing from the moment he came to my property. Even while examining the property to create a quote he fixed two of my irrigation issues. I could have chosen another contractor but he was wandering around fixing things anyhow! Scott was a genuinely good guy with a lot of great ideas of what plants would work well in my property. He said it may be a two or three day job but they came early one day and I got home from work to an entirely new property! He even came back later that night to finish a part of irrigation that needed a new part. Beautiful work and a great guy.

Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He estimated the job would require 1 hour. His crew spent 90 minutes on site, but he only charged me for the hour that he estimated. They could have been a little more thorough with the leaf blowers, but I'm not complaining because I think I got more work than I was charged for.

He will be coming back monthly to be sure that everything is okay.

I called Scott and he visited the site and called me back with an estimate the next day. He gave me several cost options for cleaning things up. I offered to give him my credit card number and pay half the cost upfront. He insisted that he would do the work first and after I inspected his work he would ask for payment. He did the work the next week. Great job. Better than I expected. A supper nice guy. I plan to use him again in the future.

I CALLED SCOTT ABOUT PERFORMING YARD WORK AT AN UNOCCUPIED HOUSE THAT I INHERITED. HE WAS ABLE TO MEET ME AT THE HOUSE THE SAME DAY. WE WALKED THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AND HE GAVE ME RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO CLEAN EVERYTHING UP AND MAKE IT LOOK GOOD AGAIN. HE GAVE ME A FIRM ESTIMATE THAT I AGREED TO. HE BEGAN BY SPRAYING THE EXISTING WEEDS THAT WEEK. HE AND HIS CREW RETURNED THE NEXT WEEK TO REMOVE THE DEAD WEEDS AND DO ALL OF THE OTHER WORK. EVERYTHING WAS DONE EXACTLY AS WE HAD DISCUSSED. SCOTT HAD ONE SMALL PROBLEM WHEN HIS CHAIN SAW BROKE DOWN TOWARD THE END OF CUTTING DOWN THE DEAD HEDGES. HE MADE SURE TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW THAT THE JOB WASN'T DONE AND THAT HE WOULD BE RETURNING AFTER THE CHAINSAW WAS REPAIRED TO COMPLETE WORK. HE WAS ALSO CAREFUL TO ASK ME ABOUT WHAT ITEMS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE YARD SO THAT HE DIDN'T TAKE SOMETHING THAT I WANTED. SCOTT WAS COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND EFFICIENT.

Showed up on time for the quote and the service and did a great job and followed up to see if there was anything else needed.

They did a very good clean up job when they were done with the work. When they came back the next month they did an excellent and quick job. They don't mess around they get straight to work.

Scott calls every two weeks to remind us of our service, and to make sure that it will still be convenient for us. We pay him on the day of the service, and have appreciated the work that he and his crew have done.

Scott was actually really good about getting in touch with me- but I wasn't so good about calling him back! When I did, he came to take a look at the yard and quote a price the next day. Then he came at the end of the week, as he said he would. The crew came in and worked quickly, but efficiently. I was amazed at the transformation- it's like a completely different backyard!
