Maybe I chose the wrong time to do this project, but picking up a Christmas gift on Christmas Eve had me on pins and needles. It took three weeks for the ottoman to be done, kinda' wasn't expecting that amount of time for something square and seemingly not too challenging.

They perfectly matched both the color of the microfiber cloth and the color and grain of the leather portion of my sofa. It looks like new. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. They kept their word & picked the sofa up on Monday & brought it back Friday looking like a new sofa. You can depend on excellent service & workmanship from this company.

I had back sofa pillows restuffed because they had become sloppy and had no support. This company was great! Stuffed one test pillow to make sure I liked it before doing all others. Would highly reccommend this company for any type of upholstery work. Saw many great finished pieces each time I was there to drop off and pick up cushions. They clearly are chosen for projects. I even saw a 18th century sofa they were completely renovating!! Fair reasonable pricing too!

Had two kitchen stool seats re-upholstered in leather. Finished product was excellent. 4.5 rating reflects a slight delay in completion. I was told it would be completed in two weeks or less and it was not ready until Monday of the third week. No problem.

Expert workmanship. Came out with books of fabric. Understood what we wanted. Very punctual. A pleasure to work with them.

We dealt with Rick and Martha and were very happy with their service. We needed the job quickly and they more than met our expectations. Whilst we spent more than we had hope, we now feel that we have a new dining room set so it was well worth it. We will use them when we next need a job.

Value of actual repair was reasonable but the cleaning was too expensive for the actual work done.

In my 50 years of adult life, I have not come across a more unprofessional business with such shoddy workmanship and customer care. Our trust in SIT WELL based on the words of one of the co-owners was completely destroyed.

Experts in upholster. Thorough to make it right the first time. Minimized number of yards needed for material. Fast turn around and extremely happy with my chairs!!! Great guys.

They did some other work for me. Like pressure washing pigeon crap from my entry way and cleaning my indoor rug for the entry way. Will probably hire them back to steam clean all the carpet throughout the house. Please tell them thank you for me.

Very profession and helpful. Had sofa, love seat, recliner and arm chair re-upholstered. They look absolutely great. Worked very well with us and was impressed. Definitely recommend them to everyone. Also, very customer oriented and accommodating to make customer happy.

They were curtious and helpful. We had 2 large recliners upholstered and they look great. They were done in a very timely manner. I was extremely impressed with the people. They made it an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends.

Its been over four weeks and I am still sitting on a lawn chair in my living room. . I have no idea what kind of work they do or even if I'll get my furniture returned. They were to reupholster my couch and love seat in 2-3 Weeks. I paid half down (1300.00). I've called a couple of times. This morning I was told someone would call me this afternoon with a status report but it is now going on 6pm and no call. I have the feeling I will never see my furniture again. Will update if anything changes.

Very helpful and professional. Had one very large 2 seat recliner sofa converted into 2 separate recliner chairs. They look great and created a totally new look in my den. also have them upholster another chair0. (work still in progress. They also refinished and repaired some of my antiques. Great job.
