Simon response time was fast and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. He had to go and buy a pretty expensive tool to complete one of the issues, which was above my expectations. Everything looks and works great. I would use him again and refer him to other. Simon was very professional, thorough and reasonable with his rates! I explained to him what was going on and he gave me a quote to fix the toilet. When he came out, he assessed the situation and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He also noticed that a connector line was outdated, most likely the original connector, and that if I wanted, he told me what it would cost to update it, The project took about an hour and he was done. He fixed the toilet, cleaned everything up and even checked the water pressure coming in to the house to make sure that it was within recommended guidelines. I had submitted a request through Angie's List and he was the only one that gave me an estimate over the phone and another provider said they had to assess the situation before giving me a quote so I had them out to the house - there cost was almost 3 times what Simon charged me. I will definitely use him the next time I have an issue and asked him for extra business cards so that I could share them with my neighbors. The only thing that I wish he did was accept credit cards. Not a huge deal and I cut him a check but I like to use a credit card so I can get the miles.

Was in need of an honest plumber at a fair price,and Simon did great. He was honest,qualified,and reasonable. He was on time too. He did a great job. I will recommend to friends and co workers!
