They did great work. They were very good. They were easy to work with and really try to please you.

Rick and Marcia were excellent to work with. They helped us select the right wood blinds for the house, and helped us stay within our budget without having to sacrifice quality. They were very professional when they came to measure and communicated often when the blinds were being made. We are selling our house this month (under contract!) and every prospective buyer has been very complimentary of the wood blinds. they money is well spent and adds a lot of value to the house!

I've been ecstatic with the screens, quality, and look. Rick measured, shopped various sources for me, called with the options, emailed a firm price and then had them installed, just as promised. Pretty simple! I've used them in the past for other window coverings, but never submitted a review since I wasn't on Angie's List back then. Indoor or outdoor stuff, they are great and honest. As a side note, they also have a great sense of humor and are fun to work with.

They did a good job, showed up on time, and were nice people. However, there was a problem with communicating so the work took longer than expected.

I have used them before, so that is why I called them, but because I cannot get a call back, I am looking for another window treatment company.

RICK SHAWL CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE, MEASURED ALL WINDOWS. THE COMPANY IS VERY FLEXIBLE AND WORKS WITH YOU TO GET ALL OF THEM INSTALLED. I DID THEM IN SECTIONS AND THEY ALSO PROVIDED TEMPORARY BLINDS UNTIL YOUR NEW ONES WERE INSTALLED. I FELT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE, I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO MY FRIENDS.

I TALKED TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND HE STATED HE WOULD MEET ME AT A SET TIME. HE NEVER SHOWED UP, OFFERED NO APOLOGY WHEN I CALLED BACK, AND STATED "WE WILL BE OUT THERE SOMETIME THIS MORNING"

RICK WAS EXCELLENT. HE WORKED WITH US TO FIND DECORATIVE SOLUTIONS TO PRIVACY ISSUES IN OUR NEW HOME. WE MOVED FROM ARIZONA AND LONGED FOR THE LOOK OF PLANTATION SHUTTERS AT OUR WINDOWS. RICK INSTALLED JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. WE ALSO WANTED THE LOOK OF GLASS BLOCK IN OUR MASTER BATH, WITHOUT REPLACING THE WINDOW. RICK SUGGESTED A NEW PRODUCT, A SET OF INTERIOR ACRYLIC GLASS BLOCK SHUTTERS THAT COULD BE INSTALLED INSIDE THE WINDOW. IT ALL LOOKS GREAT! WHEN ONE SHUTTER SEEMED NOT TO BE CATCHING CORRECTLY, RICK AND HIS TEAM CAME RIGHT OUT TO ADJUST THE PRODUCT. I'D DEFINITELY USE SILVERLINE AGAIN.
