Terry Burns was very pleasant and knowledgeable in coming to my house and giving me a quote. I was impressed with the quality and variety of options available. He came back a second time with an installer about a month prior to installation. There was a little confusion with a letter that arrived from the company asking me to have someone at the house for delivery, but he cleared that up easily. Communication could have been a little better about needing to pay the installer separately; that was a surprise for me, but I acknowledge that I should have been more attentive to what was included in the estimate. Terry was present with the installer on the day of delivery/first day of installation, which I appreciated, to answer any questions. Overall, the windows are fantastic--very high quality, and I love what they do for the home. The retractible screens on one of the windows are not quite as sturdy as I thought they would be, but they are working great and serve their purpose well. (Especially nice since I have a cat who likes to attack the gecko on that window, so very nice not to have a screen in the way when the windows are closed!)
