Mr. Sherman has proven to be diligent, honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is always punctual and spends at least 45 minutes on the exterior of our home in order to provide an effective barrier against pests entering our house. Prior to each appointment he discusses with us strategies to control the types of pests we may have encountered during the month. He has even managed to control the scorpion issue that had plagued us monthly prior to using his company. We have used several different well-known, established companies in the past and were completely dissatisfied with the lack of respect, friendliness, willingness to work and pride in the job at hand. I had even observed someone put a receipt for service at my back door and leave without spraying our home. This individual did not know that I was home at the time, and believed he could get away with what was effectively stealing by charging us for a service that never occurred. We have also had to call to have our home sprayed within two weeks of service due to the technician not doing a thorough job. We have made arrangements with Mr. Sherman to spray our yard even on days that we cannot be home by leaving our gate open and payment in the back. I have personally observed him do the same thorough job whether he knew we were home or not. We have not had to call him back mid-month due to his consistent and thorough work ethic.
