Description of Work: I did not enter an amount on the amount spent because we have yet to pay anything ... since we are undertaking work that will be completed in the coming weeks. We contacted Sheldon at the suggestion of our daughter who routinely uses him and has for many years. We had him come over to evaluate several items in our condo in Avian at Grayhawk that we purchased in September. We have suspected that all the major components of the unit had not been properly and appropriately maintained even though they passed home inspection and we have been proven to be correct as we have had other vendors out for our HVAC and garage door opener. Sheldon evaluated the water softener (which passed the home inspector) but was not softening water at all ... which we suspected. All the faucets in the bathrooms started leaking shortly after we moved in and need to be replaced as parts are no longer made to support the cartridges. Sheldon was very honest about the replacement options and provided us with a water test. His evaluation of our water softener, water heater, recirculating pump, RO, shower heads and faucets were thorough and he offered suggestions and recommendations. We have taken his recommendations and have started on the path to correcting our plumbing issues.

 + -1 moreConsidering the various plumbng issues we have encountered in the 18 years we've lived in the same residence in Arizona, Mr. Olshanski quickly diagnosis the problem, always advises us on the options we have to fix the problem, and once given the 'go ahead' quickly performs the service. Once Olshanski fixes the problem...its fixed!
Description of Work: We have employed Mr. Olshanski a number of times for all of our plumbing needs both for our residence as well as our rental properties over the past 18 years we have been in Arizona. He has worked on (and always fixed) all matter of plumbing problems we've encountered, as well as various other residential and condo water source matters; i.e. water softeners, RO systems, new plumbing construction, supplying and installing water heaters, etc. As far as we're concerned, Mr. Olshanski is an expert in his field quickly assessing the plumbing or water source problem or issue and in turn fixing it expeditiously. He has set the bar high for all other service providers.His pricing is fair, he is prompt and reliable, backs up his work (guarantees it) and always a pleasant gent to contract with.

 + -1 moreI was very happy with him. After we did the research for a replacement toilet, he did the pickup, installation and haul-away. The price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes that we received - it was about $200 less than the highest of the three quotes. He is a very pleasant guy to work with, and is very knowledgeable. As far as I know, he works on his own. He was recommended by a representative for a bunch of bathroom appliance companies. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future, if necessary.
