One of the springs on our garage door opener failed, which caused the door panels to bend severely. I thought I was going to need a whole new door. I called Khosrow and he showed up about an hour later, quickly fixed the spring and put a brace on the bent panel. He tuned everything up, and now the only sign there was trouble is a small aesthetic blemish on the edge of the panel. Saved me buying a new door. Awesome guy.

The service person was Al and was to replace my garage door springs. From past experience even though only one spring broke it is smart to replace both of them since they already had 10 years of use. He arrived on time and completed the job timely. Had all the equipment with him and never tried to up-sell me for additional work. Al, however, pointed out some framing that he indicated that I should be aware of and think about replacing in the future. Overall a very pleasant experience; it was like having a good neighbor doing the work.

Al was terrific. I was impressed that service was available on a Sunday, especially since I called him the day before. He was prompt, thorough and very professional. Additionally, he gave metips for prolonging the life of our garage door and indicated a couple of things we need to watch out for in the future. Overall, I am very impressed and will definitely call him again the next time we need service.

Al is great to deal with. Very professional and he answers his phone directly. He even came early on the same day I called for service. He knows what he is doing, was quick at the repair, had the parts on his truck, and was done in less than an hour. I got an education in garage door maintenance just by watching him. He has a clean truck and his own tools are well organized and he takes the discarded parts. He even fixed the light on my opener as well for no charge. I gave him a bag of cookies because he did such a good job.

The following work was done: 2 new torsion springs 2 7' cab les 10 nylon rollers 2 jam brackets 1 door lube & tune up service call I thought the charge for replacement nylon rollers was unfair. I contacted the provider to discuss and we agreed on a price. Overall, satisfied.

I called Shea Garage Door, 480-232-2289, after reading the reviews on Angie's web site then visiting Shea's web site and seeing the advertised $139.95 to replace a broken door spring. "Al" answered and agreed to be at the house between 10AM & 12. At 10:30 Luis arrived in a van labeled Ever Ready Garage Doors 623-512-3745. I asked if he was Shea Garage Doors and he said no Shea had sent him. Luis got right to work and completed replacing the pair of springs by 11:15AM. I called "Alex" at Shea Garage Door and gave him my Visa information for the $159 including tax.

I called a few companies and kept trying to remember the name of this company. When I called, the person was again honest, helpful and we scheduled an appointment within a couple of hours. I explained the problem, he quoted me a price. He came out, did the repair, and charged what he said he would charge. Everything went perfectly.

I called Shea Garage Door Services because a spring had broken on my garage door and it would no longer operate. They came out right away to fix the door. They performed a safety inspection on the door and found the heavy cables fraying in addition to the broken spring. They showed me the damage and I approved the fix. All work was done to my satisfaction with no hassle and no problem - just like it's supposed to be! A definite recommendation for Shea Garage Door!
