Excellent. Provider inspected the existing roof to determine what needed to be done. He then met with us on several occasions to discuss the tile type and color. Samples were delivered to us promptly and on several occasions during our decision-making process. Scheduling of the work was very accommodating to our schedule (I was flying out of the country and preferred the work completed before leaving), and once begun the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. The work crews were friendly and considerate.
