Took 4.5 weeks to get a quote after they came to my house for an estimate. Emailed requesting a phone call to go over the quote for full understanding and got no response back for a week and a half, so I fired them. They are polite and seem nice when you can actually get a hold of them. I can't imagine how the job would go if there were issues or I had a question along the way. They did work with my ins agent well and completed minor work that I can't rate since I still have holes in my ceiling and have a destroyed shower months later. Would not recommend.
