 + -1 moreThe fee reflects the service call fee from my home warranty contract. Our a/c went out in September. Had a service tech out in early October who said he'd identified the leak and would submit to the warranty holder for authorization to repair. Never heard back from either the warranty holder or Service Time. Called a few weeks later to warranty company and was told I'd get a call back within an hour. Didn't happen. Finally last week got a call from Service Time to arrange repair, which did happen on Dec. 4th. The tech arrived on time, was courteous and said the other tech was no longer working for the company. Said his work was not guaranteed except by the home warranty company, which I didn't like since that would require staying with this company which I don't like. Service Time never contacted me after the initial visit though they had my $55 service fee.
Description of Work: A/C and heater repair for freon leak. First tech out found the leak and said he would submit report to the warranty company since it was a big repair. Second tech out fixed the leak in 30 minutes and said it was a minor leak. Both had to recharge the freon.

 + -1 moreThey are very prompt in coming out and doing the service. The guys do a great job and get the work done extremely fast. They do a great job cleaning up and seem to be very knowledgeable with all the work they have done for us so far.
Description of Work: They service our furnace twice a year on a yearly service contract.
