purchased deal but company never contacted me. I call 8 or 9 times but never received a call back. not very professional.

I have been battling Bed Bugs for several months with 3 different companies... I was beginning to give up hope. I called Service Pro Pest Control and spoke to the customer service reps and explained to them what had been going on. They were very understanding and knowledgeable. They explained to me how it would take multiple services and what I had to do on my part to ensure the service would be effective. I was shocked the other companies didn't tell me I had to prepare ahead of time for the service they just came out and sprayed!!!! My technician Elijah was prompt, courteous and very understanding. While he was at my house he educated me on the importance of spraying my house every other month to keep the regular insects from investing my house. I am very pleased with his service and will be continuing on with it. I am impressed with this company and the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

My service was excellent. The technician was on time and called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way which was nice so I could put my dog away before he arrived. He took his time and did a very thorough job inside and out. With having a newborn baby, they made me feel at ease with how they were going to treat for the scorpions to make sure they would not be able to get into her room. After just a few days of treating, I'm already seeing dead bugs. I am very happy with Service Pro Pest Control and will continue to use them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pest control.
