 + -1 moreRecommended by a friend who has used Rick Serafin's company and was very pleased with his service and honesty. I called Rick at 7;30 in the morning, he was on a job but got to me by noon, and found the problem with my system was a capacitor. He replaced it, system started up and imediatly started cooling. Amazing there was no attempt to upsell me in any way. He checked the system, all then was good, and out the door in less than an hour. I have called other named companies and all the technician wanted to do was sell me an $8k to $10k brand new system. Do not hesitate to call Rick, he is honest, and a good man
Description of Work: examine and diagnose and repaired air conditioning system that suddenly quit blowing cold air in 110 plus heat, along with a terrible racket coming from the ground unit.

Description of Work: I called for an AC checkup and service. No-show twice--first day heard from him two hours later saying he had lost track of time and couldn't make it that day, but rescheduling to the next day (Sunday.) Next day, no call, no show. Enough said.
