Excellent helping us get rid of limb blocking our front door and sidewalk quickly. Trimming done very professionally. And we asked for all of the chipped trees to be left for us to use as mulch. Terrific service by David, Chris, and Mike.

I've used Integrity Tree Service the past several years for maintenance of my larger trees. This job, like all jobs before, produced excellent results. Two ash trees were cleaned up by removing all of the dead pieces. One vitex tree was cleaned, thinned and crown reduced. Two very large bottle trees were thinned and crown reduced; the bottle trees required aggressive reduction cuts. Thank you to a super crew - Sal, Josh, Val and Anthony C. This crew worked tirelessly in extreme heat; they did an excellent job, focusing on safety and being respectful of my property at all times. They went over everything with me before starting the job, and answered any questions I had before and during the job. When the work was completed, they made sure I was satisfied with the end result. They really did a wonderful job cleaning up - not only my yard and pool, but the mess it made for my neighbors too. I highly recommend Integrity Tree Service. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Services were excellent from the estimate appointment to the actual provision of service. On time, professional and friendly crew. The office staff, who make the appointments and keep the crews scheduled, is helpful too. Very responsive and responsible company. A little pricey, but the services were worth it.

This was the second time that I have used this company to prune trees on my property. Sara came out and did the appraisal and assessment of the health of the trees in question. She is extremely qualified and looks at all aspects of what is need for the tree as well as your esthetic expectations of what you want your tree to look like after pruning. Integrity Trees has increased training for employees recently, making sure they are up to date and on top of their game. My crew this time were David C., Chris and Joey, they were awesome both in their job performance and their passion for the work that they do, they really care about the trees and what you want from the tree as well, very skilled at what they do and they go beyond the norm in clean up. They are excellent arborists and are excellent representatives for both the field and the company they work for. Integrity Tree embodies all the qualities that one should look for in a tree care company if you value your trees on a personal level and understand the value that they have for your property as well. David C, Sergio, Chris, Joey & David R. arrived on time, did a great job & cleaned up (even got the fronds from our neighbors yard!) They were nice, professional & quick. Our neighbor commented on how polite the guys were. Also he appreciated that they were so professional because he has young children & has noticed that other work crews use questionable language.

The arborist was very thorough ahead of the work and answered all of my questions, including about one risky Ash tree that I love and want to keep; the office staff was always professional. The guys who did the work did an amazing job. . . the improvement in my property is noticeable, and I've received many compliments on how much improved my place looks, just based on the tree service alone. The clean up was great. I've never used an actual professional crew before, and don't know much about trees except that I love them and want them around a long time. Worth every penny.

Andy, and all of the people who have done this work for us have been the most knowledgeable, professional, and caring people you would want working for you. Everyone takes time to explain what they will be doing in detail. They asked for your input and discuss what is best for your situation. They first trimming they did lasted two years and the trees were beautiful. We had one very large tree and two medium trees. They shaped and lightened the branches. These trees never looked better. They meticulously clean the trimmings in our backyard and in our neighbor's. I can't emphasize how well they communicated with us throughout the process. They will be our tree service in the future.

Very pleased with the service we received from Integrity Tree Service. They were prompt in producing a quote for what we needed done. The quote was very reasonable and professionally laid out in very detailed notes, amounts, times, etc. On the day of service we asked for one more item we hadn't originally agreed on. The crew was very accommodating and completed the task. The crew was prompt. They cleaned up, were respectful and friendly. Would definitely hire again.

Great. They arrived in the time window given to me. The 3-man crew worked efficiently and also cleaned out the pool at the end of the job which was very important. The crew chief consulted with me throughout the 2-hour job. Very happy with the results.

Scheduler forced me to accept 6:30 AM appointment which was ridiculously too early, then after I got up early, they showed up at 7:30. The guys were great, did a nice job and clean up was excellent, but overall the amount they charged was more than I am willing to pay in the future. I did not get competitive bids, which was my mistake.

I am writing now, in late May, to report that the treatment appears to have succeeded. The canopy is mostly green -- it was half brown -- and its candles are vigorous.

Integrity did an AMAZING JOB. The crew (Merrill, Alex & David) did a great job in cleaning out the dead stuff in our ficus trees and shaping them back and cutting them back away from our roof and our neighbors roof. They cleaned up all the debris and then some. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them or using them again.

They wanted $250 just to come out and give me an estimate...set rate, fixed, non-negotiable. NO other provider I've contacted requested any fee at all, much less the arrogance of a $250 fee.

Very well! This is our second time hiring this company. The crew included David C, Chris, Mike, Joey, and Eric W. They arrived on time, were polite, friendly, and knowlegeable. We had 4 tall trees that needed trimming. The crew leader explained the plan of action and asked for our input to be sure it would be done per our wishes. The crew is amazing in climbing tall trees with a chain saw and other blades. They made precise cuts in an orderly fashion and cleaned up the yard after hauling off truck loads of huge tree limbs, branches and leaves. They worked together in a cohesive fashion. We'd give them an A+. The price is a bit steep, but it is worth it to have trees trimmed by a crew who cares and who demonstrated they are well trained to do the job right. We would hire them again.

Met with Andy from Integrity about my large mesquite tree whose roots were damaging a block wall. Andy suggested an air spade and cutting of the roots and the tree would be fine. This was great to hear because we did not want to remove the tree. They also trimmed two other very large mesquite and palo verde trees. Integrity trees have been trimming our trees for the past 6 years. Every time they provide excellent service. The trees are healthy, strong and look great every year.

The Integrity crew (Sergio, David G, Josh, Valente, Chris, Mike L.) showed up on time and worked til the job was done. Our trees have never looked better. They trimmed Mesquites that hadn't been trimmed properly in the past. They now look great, along with the Palo Verde and the Thevitia trees. They left the yard cleaner than they found it. Was worth the price and I will have them back next year.

Merrill, David, Alex and Anthony did a great job. They had me check their work before they left, and when I asked them to do a little more trimming of the branches close to the house, they did it with no problem. Would recommend and hire again. Thanks guys!
