The office staff was very friendly and the crew arrived promptly. They were efficient and worked safely and carefully. Everything was left neat and clean when they left the property.

Workers arrived on time and they did a great job trimming the trees and cleaning up. They were polite, knowledgeable, and finished the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

Foreman Roy and team arrived at 6am as promised . They worked quietly, intently, and neatly. In half the time I expected with good equipment and organization, they got the job done with great results.

Prompt proposal, very competitive price (got four bids, theirs was one of the two lower bids - others were 40% higher). proposal was easy to understand. They made a special trip to accommodate a neighbor's urgent concern about a mesquite hanging in their yard. Finished the rest a few days later. Overall, they did excellent work, and cleared a LOT of branches, etc. My only small beef was I'd asked that they clear a small are for me to access a shed, and that wasn't quite done as well as I'd have liked. Would still use again.

They quoted $680 for their services. Mike came out to do the quote. He walked around my property and talked about the trees. He listened to what I wanted done with the trees. He took his time. He didn?t rush to get everything done. It is likely that I will use them for the job.

It was two or three sessions. The interaction was good. I wanted to learn how to prune my trees because most companies butcher them. I was pleased with what he showed us.

They were great and very professional. They completed the job in a timely manner. From the time we contacted them to do the work to the time it was complete was a couple of weeks. They removed our stumps and all of the debris and cleaned up well when they were done. We would use them again if we needed our trees serviced again.

We were initially happy with the work that Integrity did for us. The owner, John Eisenhower, was very knowledgeable and supervised our initial work very closely. However, our last tree trimming did not go well. He sent a very inexperienced crew who mostly just lopped large branches out of our trees without doing any true thinning. When we asked to have John come and check what was going on, we were told he was out of town. When John got back into town, he came and took a look but didn't really take any responsibility for the job not having been done well. Two weeks later we lost half of a large tree that had not been thinned properly. Subsequent arborists who came to our home commented on how badly pruned the trees were.

A nursery had planted 2 small trees about 4 feet high in the front of my house. The huge trees in the back needed thinning and one was knocked over from a storm. I spoke with a guy from Integrity and told him to thin the two trees in the back. The man ended up trimming the 2 trees in the front (which the trunk is less than an inch in diameter). I paid Integrity the $225 to trim the wrong trees. I called Integrity and told them specifically to do the back trees. The man came out again and thinned the back yard trees. Integrity charges me $440 to come back and thin out the trees I originally wanted done. I want a refund for the $235 for trimming the wrong trees.

The firm is very professional. Their quote was accurate and complete. One of the removed trees was close to a leaded glass window and they protected it effectively. The firm is accredited by the Tree Care Industry Associaton and their work shows it. They offer a pre-scheduled annual pre-monsoon trimming program which I will use in the future. While not the least expensive service, you get your moneys worth dealing with them.

I chose Integrity because they are certified arborists, I liked the education focus on their website, and I was impressed with John, the owner. I could have had the work done for less money, but I worried about my trees being permanently damaged by someone that didn't know what they were doing. They did a good job removing the tree, grinding the stump, and trimming the other trees. The bad news is that there was some minor damage to my wall from a fallen limb. The good news is that John not only accepted responsibility for the damage but had it promptly repaired. Plus he wouldn't accept even partial payment until the repairs were completed. I have had bad experiences with other contractors who won't even return your calls, so even though I wish there hadn't been any damage, I was impressed with the way this company handled the problem. I would definitely use Integrity Tree Svc again. Good customer service and integrity seem to be rare these days, and this company showed me both.

THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE FOR THE BEST JOB. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE TRIMMINGS WHEN THEY WERE DONE, CHIPPED THEM AND HAULED THEM AWAY.
