Integrity Tree Service came out for an estimate the day after I called. I didn't need to be home for the estimate but I was. A reasonable estimate of 400.00 was given to have a susa tree removed as well as 3 stumps ground out. The man that came out was going to be an hour late and he called me early in the morning to make sure that was alright with me. Three men came out and removal the tree and cut the usable pieces into firewood for me. The service was completed within an hour. This is the second time we have used this company.

We had a huge hail storm. We had golf size hail and it killed the tree. They were very good. They came when they said and got it done. I had no problems. It was unique to watch. Their price was fine. I would use them in the future, if I had to.

I struggle on how to review Integrity Tree Service as the actual work product was good, but getting them to actually complete the work product and do business in a professional manner was a massive struggle. I first contacted Integrity based on a recommendation from another Angie's List provider and my review of their profile on this site. The office staff scheduled Bonnie to come out to perform an estimate the following day. I left the office to meet Bonnie at the appointed time and she never showed. Nearly half on hour after she was supposed to be there she called to say that she was running late and could be there in 40 minutes. I explained to her that I had already been away from the office for too long and could not wait that long. She curtly responded that we would have to reschedule and she would have the office call me. No apology for missing the appointment and no effort to call me earlier and let me know that she was running behind that afternoon. The office rescheduled the appointment for several days later, this time with John, the owner of the company. This pleased me as he has a great reputation as an arborist and I thought it would be good to deal directly with the owner of the company. John arrived right on time for the estimate and walked the property with me. We discussed what would need to be done and he assured me that he would be on-site to give instructions when the service was scheduled. I signed the proposal and he said the office would contact me to schedule the service. As he was leaving we took a look at an additional tree in my front yard and he said that they could work on it for an additional $200 when the crew came out to complete the job. The service was scheduled for a Friday morning and I arranged to take the day off from work to be at home. One week prior to my appointed day, I received two voicemails from two different people at the office trying to confirm two different Fridays. I thought it was strange, but I called in and was assured that I had the right date and there would be no confusion. On the day of my appointment, a crew had not shown up at my house by 9:30a and nobody had called. I called the office and they said that they had me down for the following Friday. I assured them that I had confirmed the week prior that I had the correct date. Half an hour later I received a phone call from the office that they were going to have a crew to my house at 1p to do the job. By 2:40p, a crew had still not shown up and I had not received any sort of communication from the office. I called and they assured me that the crew was on the way. A truck finally showed up 3p and started getting prepared to go to work. John arrived shortly after that and told me that he had actually been at my house at 7a that morning waiting for his crew to show up. He left after they never showed up. Again, no one called me to communicate with me and let me know that there was an issue. He also said that was the second time something like that had happened that week. I thought that was interesting since the office implied I had the wrong date. After he showed the crew what to do, I asked him about completing the tree in the front yard that day since they were so late. He said they would have to come back, which was fine with me since I'm guessing the crew had had a long day at that point. He asked me how much he quoted me for that tree and I told him $200. He said that there's no way he said that because "that tree is every bit of $250." I couldn't believe the owner of a company that had completely inconvenienced me for an entire day and bungled every aspect of communication with his customer was going to argue with me over $50. Needless to say, his complete disregard for trying to make his customer happy after completely bungling the customer experience leading up to the service being performed was appalling to me. Here's the part of the narrative that gets better. The crew, headed up by Roy and his associates Sergio and Victor did a great job with my trees. The guys were very professional, friendly and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and provided good customer service. It's really too bad John and the office staff can't take some cues on providing a good customer experience from the crews that work for them. Before they left, Roy and I discussed that the office would call me to reschedule the additional tree out front. One thing that John had also never explained to me is that they don't do their own stump grinding and that service is scheduled for a different day. Roy let me know this, but I felt like the communication should have been on the front end when the service was contracted for. Anytime, a service provider subcontracts a service, I feel strongly that should be disclosed up front. Now back to scheduling the additional tree out front. The front office called me to schedule that service and we set a time and date. The crew didn't show up and it was rescheduled for another day. I'm sure you can guess where this story is going and it took three times before a crew actually showed up to perform the service. All this time, the stump in my hard was still there and no one called me about the stump grinding for which I had already paid for. I had to contact the office once more to get that service scheduled and they referred me to their subcontractor. The sub called me on a Monday and offered to come out that day, but I instructed him to not come out until Wednesday as I was having the exterior of my house painted and I did not want him kicking up sawdust while my house was being painted. I came home Monday evening and found that they had shown up and done the service against my instructions otherwise. In short, Integrity does quality tree work, but their punctuality, communication and customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I'm still highly irritated by John arguing with me over $50 after he had completely ruined my day. While the work done was good, I will not use Integrity in the future as their scheduling issues and other problems make doing business with them too much of a hassle.

They were knowledgeable, professional, and I trust what they recommended. I will definitely use again!

They arrived on time, consulted me on exactly what I wanted done and gave a professional opinion on what should be done. They completed work quickly but carefully and cleaned up completely. Roy, Sergio, and Victor worked well as a team and did a very professional job.

Roy and Victor arrived on time. They verified the plan to trim with me, worked quickly, and cleaned up all debris after the job. They also asked if I was satisfied with the work.

The team, from Integrity Tree Service, Inc. was on time, courteous and focused in all the aspects of the job. They did a walk-thru afterward to confirm the job was done correctly. I highly recommend them.

I called and they worked with me on price. They set up a time for the trimming and were punctual. Our tree guys were Michael, Sergio, and Eric. Very professional and polite. The cleanup was meticulous.

Efficient and perfect clean up. The owner thoroughly explained his proposal, and followed through. I like when a service company calls back to see how they performed, and this one did!

Ray, victor and Eric were total professionals. Due to the rain, I thought I would have to re schedule, but they worked through rain and my yard never looked so good. I’ve had this threesome work on my trees before, they were great.

Arrived right on time at 7:30am. Estimate had been given one day earlier, so walked crew around to show them what we had approved on the quote. They did an excellent job on tree pruning, thinning the trees, removing those that overhung the roof, and particularly with the jacaranda that has had some fungal infection. On the latter, after each cut, they cleaned their saws so as not to spread the infection w/in that tree or to others. Really nice job on the palms; cleaned up previous cuts by yard co. that did poor job. Suggested and then wrapped jacaranda with burlap. Removed all brush and chipped it on site. Where fertilized, pulled gravel aside to ensure fertilizer sunk into soil, then carefully replaced the gravel. Used our hose and returned it to original place. The three employees were friendly and professional. All were well trained and all performed pruning tasks. This is the second time we have used this company and will continue to do so.

The crew of 4 arrived @ 7:30 AM (on time), were professional & friendly, trimmed the 29 trees in our yard for the next 8 hours & did an extraordinary job! They are artists.

The crew showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up the property before they left. They advised me that another company, would be out through Arizona Blue Stake, to grind the remaining stumps. I assumed Blue Stake would be out soon after the trees were cut down but when I didn't hear from anyone within a week I called Integrity to find out what was going on. They said they had nothing to do with the scheduling of the stump grinding and gave me the number for Greg at Blue Stake. I called him on a Wednesday and he said he would be out on Saturday. I advised him that I had two other contractors waiting for them to grind the stumps so they could get into the yard and do their work. I waited for him on Saturday and when he didn't call or show up I called him back. He said he was looking for my umber to call and had gotten tied up on another job. He said he would be out on Monday. When he called on Monday to tell me he was going to be late and would have to do part of the job one day and then finish the second day, I lost it and called Integrity. I have to admit I lost my temper but I thought I was getting the run around. They called Thomas, the owner of Blue Stake, and he dropped what he was doing and came right over to grind the stumps. Note to self: next time make sure you're on the stump grinding schedule before you allow the trees to be cut down. Too many sub-contracts going down here! The tree service was great. Expensive - but I would hire them again. The stump grinding incident was disapoiting but Thomas was a man of his word and I appreciated his intervention. I'm not sure Integrity Tree Service is well served by sub-contracting the stump grinding and loosing control of their customer. Seems like a business model prone to gaps. For this reason I give them a B rating when it could have been an A.

I spent $679 on that service. They did an excellent job. They were fast, I called, and they gave me an estimate one day and did the work the next. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. I did not have a problem with anything.

The crew arrived on time. The trees were all pruned as described, using pole saws and climbing gear as needed. The trees now look great, and the yard was left very clean of debris. When the work was finished, Roy walked through again with me to explain what he'd done to each tree and why, and made some future recommendations. All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. We will use Integrity again and would recommend them to others.

Integrity performed the work on time and had a good price for entire project. After stump grind the areas were cleaned up and you couldn't tell there was anything there. Good job.

Roy, Sergio, Mike, and Eric did phenomenal work. They did trimming, clean up, and professional. The trees look great.

The crew led by Roy arrived exactly at the appointed time. Roy thoroughly explained what they planned to do and made sure he had input from both my wife and me before starting. He also took me around the work site afterward to make sure I was satisfied. The work was done very carefully and with the continued health of my trees in mind. They worked in a steady, consistent manner and did not rush the job. This company was not the cheapest of my estimates, but I decided to pay a bit more for their reputation and I'm glad I did. I recommend them highly.

I like them and I plan to use them again. I like their promptness. They have somebody else that actually does the tree stump removal. It is a subcontractor who does that and he was fantastic. You would never know that the tree was ever there. This tree was 5ft by 5ft Palm tree up against a fence. I was really impressed by the whole operation. To me the price was not an issue. To me quality of their work was exceptional. I have three trees that need to be removed after the holidays.

Work to be done was gone over during estimate and was done exactly as had been promised/discussed.They showed up on time, actually a little early. I would highly recommend Integrity Tree Service. Roy, Sal & Victor were part of the team who did the work. They were very courteous and professional.

I called the Integrity Tree Service office based on the customer comments listed with Angie. They made an appointment for an estimator to review our job the next morning. Their representative (Mike) was exactly on time; he reviewed the project, made some suggestions and gave us a price that we found to be in line with a second price we had been given. Mike's description of the training and certification that they required of their crews was very important to us. What really impressed us though was that they had multiple, stable crews, yet were still a small business. Many tree services have one arborist and then hire casual labor based on the size of the job. This was the case the last time we had these trees trimmed and by the end of the day, the guy was exhausted. And the helpers he had were careless and uninterested in the quality of the work. I called the office the same day to schedule the work. They had a crew doing another job nearby and could be on our job at 8:00 the next day! The crew (Sal, Ralph, Sal & Eric) was on time and included two cutters and two people to clear the debris. Mike (the sales rep) also came by and made sure they knew what was needed. The crew uses a chipper for waste and discards the waste with a recycler who makes garden mulch. Most trimming was done with hand saws and pole trimmers; only large limbs were cut with a chain saw. This is important since chain saws can easily cause accidental damage to adjacent limbs, weakening them. Cutters in the trees used harnesses and safety lines and hard hats. Very safety aware. Just as the salesman said, they knew their job. The work they did was very good. Desert trees are very difficult to trim for a natural look. Examples of bad trimming can be found in every median and parking lot in the city. When they were finished, our trees looked airy but still had a natural shape. They carefully cleaned up all debris. Very happy here... will definitely use these guys again.

Their estimator, Michael Bialority, spent time evaluating our needs. The workers, Roy, Mike, and Eric, did an excellent job of trimming and cleaning up our area, as well as some debris at our neighbors.

This was done with first class equipment such as a crane, huge truck shredder, and power saws. Intricute work was hand-done with hand saws, etc. The arborist’s team worked quality and carefully. Very well trained professionals.
