Roy, Sergio, Victor, and Sean were professional and continued to work for hours. My trees look great and clean up was done according to my standards. I would recommend Integrity.

In all fairness, I haven't had tree work done in awhile, so I don't know what the going rate is for the work. The price struck me as a bit high when one considers it was 3 guys for about 45 minutes, but that just may be fair price. They certainly seemed to know what they were doing, so that counts for a great deal. $25 of the fee was to cut down a small dead tree in the yard.

Crew arrived on time and set up heavy equipment efficiently and orderly, with due respect for my driveway (pavers) and neighbors. This involved a crane, a tree shredder, and several heavy trucks. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to take that tree down. The team had obviously done this many times before, and had obviously worked together. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and what the other person was doing. It was almost like watching a well rehearsed performance. They did a great job smoothing the stump too. Team leader Roy and his crew (Sergio, Mike and Eric) are friendly and responsive. They did a great job of cleanup too. I would definitely hire them again.

Had difficulty coordinating original meeting due to some confusion, but once owner arrived it was clear that the knowledge level was significant, and the approach was thorough. Pricing was a bit steep, but well worth it. Will use again.

They trimmed trees exactly as I requested. They were fast and courteous. The yard was clean when they were done. Excellent.

Integrity Tree services was very professional from beginning to end. Their arborists know their business well. The estimate was complete -- the estimator showed up on time. Their tree personnel did a thorough job, trimmed the trees properly, and walked us through everything they had done at the conclusion of their work. The foreman was easy to deal with and very customer oriented. This is the tree service to use!

The work was performed on two separate occasions. For the tree removal Roy, Sergio, and Eric showed up a bit early and got to work right away. They asked all the right questions, communicated well throughout the removal, ensuring it was going to plan, and cleaned everything up before leaving. I asked to keep the bottom section of the tree and they were nice enough to cut it separately for me and move it to my desired location. The stump grinder missed the first appointment (thus the lower punctuality), but was very sorry and re-scheduled right away. When he did show up, he did an excellent job. I've had grinders in the past that did a surface level grind, but he put a lot of effort in and went deep. He also removed a bunch of overgrowth from one stump, that was probably not expected, but no complaints.

Arborist Bonnie was great and very imformative. We went through the details of the job. The workers came out, we walk through everything and they actually asked and cared about what they were doing. Impressive. Unfortunately, a window got broke during the job. The ended up fixing it and were proactive and were very sorry for the mishap. They truly do demonstrative honesty and thier name serves them well!

Showed up on time. Took time to explain exactly what they were going to do and stayed on site until we approved their work. Very professional with exceptional results.

Our team of Jason, Roy, Victor, Scott & Bonnie arrived early. Jason, Bonnie and I reviewed plans for each tree. All team members were friendly, informative and good communicators. Jason ensure every thing met our expectations. Clean up was thorough. A pleasant experience all around. No negative.

This is the first time I have used this company (not the last). I have used other tree services but Integrity is in a class all by itself. Bonnie came out to assess what I needed and she seems like a class act. She actually seems to care about the property and it's obvious she likes what she does and she's not just putting in time. She definitely knows trees and is willing to take time to explain things to you. I was given a time frame of 10 to 12 for the actual work day and they showed up at about 10:15. Not only were they on time but amazingly accurate in their time estimates. My wife asked how long they were going to be here and they said they would be done by 12:30. They finished by 12:30 almost to the minute. As far as the quality of their work, I think it's outstanding. They did exactly what we had agreed to, in detail. The work crew seems very professional (not all tree trimming crews are) and I was able to give them input on a couple of minor things I wanted to have done while the work was in progress. They cleaned up after the job and if anything, the grounds under the trees looked better than before they started. There wasn't a coupon on Angie's List when I first found them. I found one when I came here to write this review. They were nice enough to still apply the coupon even though you normally can't use coupons after the fact. I would have still been happy with them even if they didn't but it was a nice extra gesture and matches their name, Integrity. I can't find anything to complain about at all with this company, I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. I just joined Angie's List and they already found an excellent company for me. Integrity Tree Service is my tree company from now on.

They arrived a bit late, but we went over the work to be done and the order in which I wished them to do it.Everything was done as I wished and they did a very nice job cleaning everything up after they finished.

I am extremely satisfied in my dealings with this top rate company. My experience with the owner, John Eisenhower, was just as the name of his company implies. He demonstrated pure professionalism and integrity and is a true advocate for the customer. As a Consulting Arborist, Mr. Eisenhower went above and beyond my expectations and was very helpful, even taking the time to provide education and present the various options available specific to my situation, complete with follow-up. Having been dissatisfied over the years with other tree service companies, I am thankful to have found Integrity Tree Service and will definitely give them my business in the future. Kudos!

The crew arrived smack on time,did a great job,they went the extra mile by explaining how and why things were done and cleaned up beautifully,superb,Ray was especially helpful.

We called using Rosie on the house made an apartment for estimate, accepted estimate abd made appointment for service which went smoothly and thorough good cleanup.

They did a great job, crew was friendly. The trees look just like we asked. I am especially pleased that they cleaned up after themselves so well.
