It was great! The workers were very knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fantastic job with the everything. Furthermore, they were very efficient which is good because they charged by the hour.

Estimator listened carefully to our needs, made comments as appropriate and provided quote as promised. The crew that came out and did the work was very efficient, safety conscious and cleaned everything up before they left.

Requested and Received estimate; time for work was scheduled, and work crew arrived promptly, and did their job in a friendly, professional manner... They cleaned up after themselves, such that you would not have known they had been there (other that the expert trimming of the trees).

Jacaranda trees are brittle, and mine was overhanging my roof as well as my neighbor's. I wanted the tree cut back, and saved from the frost damage. I called Integrity based on their reviews on Angie's List. The phone was answered quickly and the representative got me an appointment with Roy, one of their arborist/estimators, for the following day. He took careful notes, worked with me on my concerns, before giving me a written estimate with a description of the work. I accepted the estimate. The office called later with an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, the team, lead by Jason and Sergio (also included David, Eric, and Victor) arrived early, which was a pleasant surprise. They were very professional. Their equipment was clean, and appeared to be well-maintained. They showed great concern for safety, and took great care to protect my property during the job. I questioned Jason about their training, and I was impressed by the years of practical experience, and professional training in tree care, that Integrity requires before they allow a crew member to begin trimming. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The tree was beautifully trimmed, and proportioned. The job was done quickly, a little over an hour start-to-finish, and both my yard, and my neighbor's yard were immaculately clean when the job was completed. Before leaving, they used a blower to remove accumulated leaves from my roof, even though they were not a result of the job. That was a nice touch. Integrity Tree service is certainly a great company to work with, and it is easy to see why they are so highly rated.

I used Integrity last year for deep root fertilizer for two trees and the trees responded wonderfully, and Integrity was great to work with. This year, it was time to have 4 trees trimmed and two deep root fertilzed. Since these are "new" trees, it was very important to me to have them trimmed properly and not hacked into "poof balls." The Integrity team of Sal, Stewart, and David showed up on time and went right to work. They were friendly, clean, professional, and did the work properly. I don't think it is any more expensive to get a good company, but it is very costly in the health & look of the tree to get a bad one. In fact, last year, when I was shopping for a tree company, Integrity was way cheaper primarily because the other company wanted to do things that were not necessary and wasteful, such as fertilizing out of season. I believe Integrity lives up to their name and I will continue to use them!

All the trees look very nice - very natural and very beautiful.. Really, better than I expected. They restored the natural beauty that I didn't realize was hidden by previous poor maintenance. John pointed out that the trees had been trimmed to have "lion's tails" - relatively bare limbs with clusters of smaller branches at the tips. His crew fixed this as best they could and I am very pleased with the results. With the tree that needed to be shortened he cut off as much as he could without making the tree look butchered. I'm hoping he can come back next year and do a little more so that slowly the tree takes on the needed shape while maintaining it's natural beauty. Definitely very pleased with the results. I especially like that John and his crew are finely tuned to the natural beauty of trees and work to maintain and enhance that look.

Team of 3 with 2 trucks showed up on time. We were extremely impressed with the job they did. This is the 2nd time were them because of their professional work!

Michael and Sal were actually early and started the job after reviewing their order and discussing same with me. They were professional and friendly; and they did a really top notch job. I give them an A++!

They came earlier than expected. They started work immediately and did a good job. The men who came were very nice and professional. The price was as quoted to me. They also fertilized the tree and gave me directions on watering. It was a very professional job.

They spilled oil in the chin saw while partly cutting down a tree. They had to resurface the whole area, which they did. They did a very good job and covered their mistake which we were very pleased about.

Mr. Roy and Mr. Sergio arrived on schedule, explained what they would do and answered all our questions.

Michael the arborist came to the house on time and spent a fair amount of time with me describing the cut process and how they would accomplish some of the things I was asking for. I have a challenging landscape in my back yard with a hillside and 2 very large trees sitting above some new delicate cactus and agave plantings. I was very concerned about damage to these plants. Part of the mesquite tree was also overhanging my neighbor's roof. Michael assured me the company would be responsible for any damage and took great measures to avoid it. He said his crew is experienced and would use ropes if necessary and always have a man underneath the cut. I asked Michael how his "vision" translates to his crew. He said he writes up a detailed plan and shares it with them. I asked him if he would be willing to meet the crew at the property the morning of the job to walk through the project and he said he was willing to do that. I then received an estimate via e-mail the following day which not only gave me a quote but described in detail how each tree would be pruned as we discussed. I secured 2 other estimates for this job and Integrity was the only company who detailed how the trees would be pruned in the estimate. The crew arrived on time the day of service and Michael met us at the property. We discussed a few details with the crew. Roy, Sergio and Victor were great and performed the tree work with care, expertise and efficiency. They checked with me a couple of times to make sure they were achieving my goals. Roy advised me about not doing certain cuts with valid reasons. The trees look great, no damage to any plants or the neighbors house, clean up was complete and the crew was very professional. Tree work is expensive and Integrity was not the lowest quote I received but after talking with Michael, I felt they were the right company to do my job. I would most definitely use them again.

Removed large,40 ft., tree adjacent to home. Removal had to be done by crane and was completed without any problems. Also performed trimming of fruit trees and other landscape trees. Work and cleanup was performed in a professional manner by Mike,Sal and Sean. The attention to detail and care they exhibited went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to others.

Call for an estimate and the owner showed up to look over the job and provide a price for doing the job. Job was scheduled with the office and a date was set. The day before the work was to be done the office called me and gave me an exact time that the crew could be expected to arrive. The crew which was made up of Roy, Sal and Mike showed up exactly on time and proceeded to do a masterful job on all four trees. Their clean up was so perfect I couldn't find a single leaf that they missed, and this was after removing many tons of limbs and grinding them up. Their work methods were excellent, their equipment was in excellent condition and all blades were very sharp. When they had finished and left the job site no one would haver known that a tree service had just cleaned up four trees except of the perfect shape and looked of the trimmed trees. There were no other hints of them having done the work. They even raked out the lawn gravel where that had had to walk or where a limb had made a slight indentation' In short they did an perfect job and no one can expect anything more than that. Yes, I would and will use them again, and I would recommend them highly to anyone wishing to have professional tree work done in this area.
