Roy came soon after we called and did an excellent job of talking us through the work that would be done and writing up the job invoice. The work was done in two visits, as our palm trees weren't quite ready for trimming during their first visit. The workers did a really nice job of trimming our various trees and removing the one tree. In the case of the pine, we requested a little more thinning; and they quickly and pleasantly went back up into the tree to do it. And in the case of the palm trees, four employees showed up to do the work, and seemed to finish in record time. Just as importantly, they all did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. In recent years, a guy working on his own did the trimming for us. Although the cost was quite a bit less, Integrity's professionalism, speed, thoroughness, and complete clean-up more than made up for the added expense. The only thing we would have had be different seems rather silly. The guys who trimmed the palms showed up before we expected them. That was fine, but they should have buzzed us on the phone first since we could have been out running errands. It might then have turned out to be a wasted visit for them. All-in-all, we highly recommend this company to our neighbors!

They did a fantastic job pruning the tree. They reduced the weight at the end of the branches, removed the dead branches, thined it out a bit and made sure it wasn't hanging over the wall into my neighbors yards. I asked that it still provide shade for the yard and they managed to do that as well. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They were professional and quick. My only complaint would be that they were nearly an hour late with no warning phone call or apology for being so late.

It was awesome, I talked to the lead person on the project and he told me what to expect. I also got to ask questions and he gave me options and then did what I wanted to have done. Trees looked awesome after the trim-up and they cleaned everything up and then some...The pricing was competative and the knowledge was helpful. I would recommend them anytime...

After calling for an appointment, someone came out and gave us an estimate for trimming and fertilizing our trees. We only had a minor hiccup in this process, and the office staff was very professional in resolving this conflict. The serviced were performed on a different day than the estimate, and they were quick and clean.

John showed up as promised .After the crew arrived we reviewed the pruning procedure with the crew. He had previously evaluated with me, the pruning plan. The crew worked quickly and professionally; making more pruning cuts to satisfy my final approval.

I have used them 3 times. They were very professional. Their work was excellent. Their staff was very courteous.

Michael L. and Victor were our workmen. They arrived within the time frame given and walked around with me to confirm the work that needed to be done. They got right to work and didn't stop until they were finished in spite of the high temperature. I was impressed that the plants they removed didn't look like they had ever been there at all. I was especially pleased with the clean-up afterwards. Two of the palms that needed trimming were in our neighbor's yard and they cleaned up all the fallen debris and leaves that went into other yards and areas. Also my neighbors wanted their trees trimmed a specific way and were very pleased with the results. They took Integrity's info for future trimming needs. The stump from the yucca needed a grinder and that was scheduled for a couple of days later and was professionally done.

Integrity Tree Service came by the house to view the job and provide an estimate for all three parts of this job - take down the tree, grind down the stump, and remove the roots. Shortly after that, I received a copy of the estimate via email, and after checking other vendors, we decided to hire Integrity Tree Service. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging the scheduling for this complex job that involved good timing and different vendors. I called their desk several times, and they were always happy to answer my questions. I did not know that the City had to come out and mark the location of the underground gas and water lines to insure that no damage would incur when taking out the tree, and Integrity automatically arranged for this several days before the tree was removed. The City came out as scheduled to mark the ground with chalk. The people that took down the tree, cut it up, and ground down the stump arrived on the appointed day at the right time. They were very professional, careful, removed all the debris, had all the right equipment, and did a good clean job without incident. The person who cut out the roots and removed the debris was an exceptionally hard worker. He did an excellent job, was on time, was very careful, and was very profesisonal. He did a good clean job without incident. Integrity Tree Service can handle complex jobs very well. We are very pleased with the results.

Provider was not selected based on price which was way out of line with other providers for same scope of work.

I called this provider because of all the rave reviews. The first time the technician called at 9am when he was supposed to be at the house between 8 and 9, and told me he was still 40 minutes away. I couldn't wait as I had to get to work. The second time he arrived on time, told me that two large trees had to be removed and others trimmed and would email me an estimate in a few days. It has been about three weeks and I've heard nothing. Pretty frustrating. One of the trees is leaning over and already pulling out of the ground. It is a big job, so I'm not sure why they haven't been more aggressive about getting the job.

The came out to my home, told me how they would prune the trees, gave me an estimate, work was done on time; did a good job and cleaned everything up.

They arrived on time (6am) on Sept. 19th and we walked the front and back yards reviewing what needed to be done (Mr. Eisenhower had previously on Sept. 8th walked the property to see what needed to be done and prepared a work estimate). I was concerned about possible damage to accent lights but they had already thought about that and covered them with cones. They were properly equipped and didn't need to go anywhere to secure additional supplies. They didn't start the noisy wood chipper machine until after 7:30 am which I'm sure my neighbors appreciated. They were professional, knew what they were doing, and considerate--so much so that my neighbor across the street, who had been observing, asked for an estimate to crown clean and thin his huge eucalyptus tree which they did after they finished thoroughly cleaning up my front and back yards at around 9 am. They did a lot of work in a very reasonable amount of time and my bushes and trees looked so much better. I'm sure they're happier. At the end, Mr. Eisenhower advised me that my mimosa tree had a wood borere problem--he pointed out the little holes in the trunk--and possibly a fungus problem in the bottle tree. He suggested I contact Ray Lopez of Scottsdale Weed Control and Fertilization to get them treated.

Michael came out to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I narrowed down my choices to Integrity and one other service provider. Integrity's price was way higher (nearly 70% higher) than the other company, so I called Michael to ask what the difference could be attributed to. He asked if he could come back out and re-quote the job, which was fine with me. He figured out a different way to quote it which brought the cost down considerably, not quite down to the price of the other company, but close enough to swing the decision to Integrity's side. Michael re-did the quote on his phone/tablet and submitted it to the office. The office was supposed to review it and send it to me for my signature. At this point, I ran into the only problem that I had with Integrity. I didn't hear anything from Integrity for a couple of weeks, so I called Michael and left a message. I got no return call, so I left another message two days later. Still no response. Finally I called the office and the lady that I talked to told me that Michael was "out on leave". She searched around and found my quote and finally sent it to me for signature, scheduling, etc., which was quickly finished. I sent a couple of emails to a person at Integrity regarding a couple of questions that I had (nothing integral to the work that was to be done), but I never received any kind of response. It seems that the only times that I received a quick response was when when they needed information, payment, etc. The day before the work was scheduled I received a call to verify that the crew would be out the next day between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. The next day, the crew was very punctual, actually showing up a few minutes early. The work went smoothly and only took a couple of hours. Everybody on the crew was very personable and willing to answer random questions. I also wanted to keep several lengths of palm tree trunk and they moved these really heavy trunks exactly where I wanted them, including one that had to weigh 300 pounds. The crew cleaned up after themselves very well, even sweeping up the street in front of our house where there was some sawdust. They did a truly top notch job from start to finish. The day after the tree removal, I got a call from T.J.'s Stump Removal Services who Integrity contracts with for stump grinding. They came out the following day and ground down the stumps and cleaned up after themselves so well that you couldn't tell there were ever trees where they used to be. Another top notch job. What swayed my decision to go with Integrity rather than their competitors: they were listed with the Registrar of Contractors (tree companies are not required to be registered with the ROC, but it's a nice addition for peace of mind) and they call for Blue Stake to come out and locate underground water, sewer lines, etc.. So to sum it up: Excellent work, a little higher priced than competitors. Pre-work communication a little lacking.

Michael, David and Jeronimo arrived promptly at 6 am and quietly (without chain saws) climbed my large trees, trimmed with handsaws without disturbing neighbors. Excellent clean up of all debris. Very courteous and professional. This is my 4th year of using this service. Worth every penny. I also appreciate the follow up call from Roy to ensure satisfaction.

Roy, the supervisor, showed up a few minutes before the appointment time and got to work trimming the tree in back after first reviewing with me what we had agreed to on the estimate. Shortly thereafter, Michael L., David M. and Jason T. showed up with the debris truck and the chipper. The crew worked for a little over an hour on my trees. Through poor trimming practices on my part, I had managed to "lion tail" my trees (the bulk of the weight of the tree was way out on the ends of branches). The guys knew just what to do to help strengthen my tree and talked me through how to prune in the future, actually showing me on the tree. This was key knowledge for me. I now feel confident that I can trim my trees without compromising the trees' structure. I intend to use Integrity Tree Service yearly to manage my tree canopy as I am a great fan of planting trees and enjoying the shade and electricity savings they provide. While the guys were at my place, a couple of neighbors stopped by - next year we will plan a neighborhood tree trimming in late May. The guys also chipped up my tree trimmings and left them for me at my specific request (including some other chippings that were already in the chipper and which I was eager to have to mulch my summer garden). They delivered them to the alley and cleaned up their job site to perfection. As a special side note - I am legally blind. Every single one of these guys was super nice and understanding. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them.

Went great. The two employees were friendly and professional. They quickly agreed to do a little additional trimming to each of the two trees. They did a marvelous job of cleaning up.

They did a great job. Arrived on time. Cleaned every twig of dead wood from the trees and shaped them. The best tree trimming I have seen in 20 years of working with various tree companies. Extremely professional but better than that a great job.

Integrity Tree Service Inc. really knew what they were doing. They did a terrific job. They were fast. They cleaned up beautifully. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and they had attentive service.

Integrity Tree Service called the night before to confirm the arrival time (6:00 am) and the agreed upon price. Sergio, David and Victor arrived on time and were very professional in demeanor and attire. It was clear that they took great pride in the reputation of their company and in their work. We reviewed the scope of the work order and my preferences and then they began. It took more than 4 hours of hard work for them to get my trees in shape, but the transformation was remarkable! My landscapers had tried to thin the trees in prior years, but the comparison between their efforts and Integrity Tree Service, with their well-trained team of arborists, was dramatic. Definitely worth the price!

Sal, Michelle, Victor & Jerome were excellent! They arrived early & were very thorough in reviewing what needed to be done. They were curteous & worked hard. They did all work well & exceptionally clean & neater then when they arrived.

They seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable about trees. They cleaned up everything very well. I was happy with the advice provided about the subject trees as well as about other trees on our property.

On a scale of 10, I would give them a 10. The crew that came to our house were Roy, Sal, Mike and Eric. They were polite, respectful and professional. The men arrived a half hour ahead of schedule to prep the area and remove and protect lawn furniture in the area. They used a crane to lift the heavy limbs and stumps out of the back yard and to the grinding and hauling away area. They took our beloved tree down in an hour and a half and had hauled everything away. The stump grinders came the next day and did a very thorough job. One can not even tell there was ever a tree in the area. He even scraped off the surface gravel and put to one side before he began so he could replace it on top and smooth it down. We will use this company from this point forward for all tree trimming or landscaping needs. The company called back a day later to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Great company!

They were very prompt and the stump grinder was very good and safe. They came out immediately and preformed the service. They went right to work, finished the job quickly and did not charge us more than what the quoted. One tree was very complicated and had to get the power turned off. They had to get it done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy with the work.

The crew showed up on time David.E. walked us through before after & reviewed what needed to be done and to make sure we were completely satisfied. Sean & Sergto did the actual planing, working very efficiently, improving the structure & appearance of our trees. Allin all an excellent job!
