Cleaned up very well. Well mannered and very skilled.

My tree went from being a dying tree to a tree looking as if it is overcoming the shock to its system. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They have from the beginning, treated my tree as if it was their own. I would like to mention the heroes on this difficult task: Stephen Price (Arborist), Eric, Zane, Nick and David M. This tree was planted in memory of my late husband, thus the connection in saving it's life.

I met with Stephen before the crew came out . We discussed a plan on how to handle the job and he gave me an estimate. We then scheduled a crew to come out about a week later. Stephen showed up just after the the crew and we reviewed what was planned to be done. I watched the crew as they worked and was available for any questions. They did a great job in clearing most of the offending branches from hanging over my wall. They did an excellent job with the pine trees. Two of the smaller trees were more severely cut since they had not been pruned in awhile. My wife was not entirely happy with the aesthetics of the trim but I think the trees will grow back in more healthy nice way. Since this is fall, a lot of that growth will not happen until next spring. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They conducted their work in a professional manner making sure they worked safe. The clean up job after they were done was very thorough. Overall, Integrity is one of the best tree services I have worked with and I would have them back to keep my trees in shape.

The five men crew showed up on time. They reviewed the work to be done and went to work. The work was completed at a very high level and they left my yard in great shape and thoroughly cleaned up.

We had a huge tree encroaching on our block wall, cracking it. It also had roots all over. It was going to require a lot of work to remove. We had multiple estimates from Angies List. We chose Integrity Tree Removal for the extensive knowledge they have and the price was reasonable given the complexity of the job. Estimate: Steve Price is a certified Arborist and Tree assessor. He is very professional and knowledgable. He arrived as advertised and provided an estimate for the job; in 15 minutes we knew what it would take. After finalizing the details of the work scope we scheduled the removal and trimming with the office. The contract is very specific and you need to rewrite it for any added scope. I had no issue with this process at all. The payment is due upon completion of the removal. Steve Price also did some consulting for us on a new tree. He was very helpful in getting us the right information and going the extra mile to get our business. Tree Removal: The tree removal crew came on time. They got right to work. They had the tree removed in 2 hours-ready to grind the stump. The crane was a really quick and safe way to remove the tree. There was no damage to the wall or any thing else. The main removal specialist was really good at coordinating the crane operation and the cuts. The crew included David E., Sal, Marcos and Nick. Tree trimming: The front trees were trimmed to remove a lot of the heavy interior branches that make the tree like a sail in the wind. This reduces the potential to blow over. The trees looked really well balanced and aesthetically pleasing when they were done. This took from2.5 hours. The same crew. They did an outstanding job. Steve came to check on everything when they were done. Stump Grinding: The stump grinding is subcontracted out to Thomas Flannigan of TJ's Stump Removal Service. Thomas is also very professional and very quick at the job once he is there. He had some trouble getting to our job due to the backlog from felled trees in the storms a few weeks back. He was scheduled for Friday but could not make it til Saturday afternoon. He ran into complications on a side project for us and had to return to finish Monday. He returned as he said he would and finished the job. He cleaned everything so well that you cannot tell there had ever been a tree there. Summary: We have had other companies handle tree removal and trimming. Integrity has superior understanding of tree trimming and removal at a fair price. They make it look easy. I would recommend them to anyone with a large tree removal project. In addition, they will become my tree trimming company in the spring and fall. Our trees have never looked so good.

Roy who made the bid also found a root girdling problem on two new trees put in last Spring, not the reason I called but something that needed to be tended to. The crew was very knowledgeable and did a great job, as advertised.

Stephan provided initial consult to establish services needed. David E, Nick and Marcos along with Stephan performed trimming service. From start to finish, I was able to ask question (to be educated) and I was satisified.

Exactly as requested. They always go over what we need and then check afterwords to make sure they complied. They are always very professional. We will never use anyone else! You get what you pay for in this business and we think that they are the best!

The crew arrived on time and went to work right a way. Their were four workers , they did a grat job which took about 1.5 hours to do They cleaned up the area after trimimng the tree and there was alot to clean up. The tree was really badly overgrown. I give Interity Tree Service a A+

Sergio, Zane, and Jason T were the crew members who arrived at my property exactly on time. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I watched most of the tree removal and they used appropriate safety measures to protect themselves and my property. My questions were answered and the area, including some of the neighboring yard, was cleaned up upon the completion of the job. This was the 4th or 5th time I've hired this company for work I've needed performed and I will continue to do so in the future.

I have used Integrity Tree Service twice a year since 2009 and have been extremely happy with their service, price and training ever since then. In addition to their normal service, I have them chip everything they prune and leave it on my driveway for use as mulch for my pathways around the trees. They have always been very professional, make suggestions and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the work done correctly and in the best interest of both the home owner and the trees. When we purchased the home in 2007 the very large desert willow had been improperly pruned and the chaste tree and lysiloma had be pruned into ball shapes so the interior of the trees had lots of dead and crossing branches. John Eisenhower, a certified arborist and owner, came on the first visit to inspect the trees and educate me what needed to be done to restore them to a natural shape and protect them from wind damage. It has taken three years of great pruning for the trees to recover and they look wonderful and natural. On this last visit I worked with John's son David and his helper Victor. Besides pruning the trees and leaving the chippings, they pointed out what I could do to handle root sprouts and answered all my questions. It's such a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable people.

This company might be okay to use, however my problem was when I call for an estimate, I was informed that there is a $300.00 minimum, which would be okay. However. their add states that they give free estimates but there was no mention of the $300.00 minimum. If there was I would not have bothered to call.
