This company sounds too good to be true, yet it is. Sergio, David E., David M., Marcos, Mike and Nick took extra care not to damage my specimen plants and not to scrape up my newly-painted exterior walls. My yard is not large and surrounded by high walls, thus it was not an easy area in which to work. Kudos to these fine gentlemen and to Integrity Tree Service, Inc.

I was planning on having someone come trim my tree in February, but my lemon tree got too heavy and part of it fell. They came out and trimmed it properly. This is the best this tree has ever looked and they also helped out my grapefruit tree. I will definitely be having them trim my trees because they knew exactly what to do and they did it right. Other people have only taken small amounts off, but it was never enough for this fast growing tree.

We discussed what had been done and what needed to be done. He also offered some excellent suggestions on how to approach some difficult landscaping issues. The work was performed in a timely fashion. The job was correctly done and the trees look great. I will use them again in the future.

It went very well, I checked along the way and both men stopped to offer information and what they did. As well, they asked if everything looked okay to my approval.

Phenomenal service - exactly as quoted, on time, not a twig left on the property. Extremely professional with an emphasis on safety, I was very happy to see all the "climbers" wearing helmets and appropriate climbing gear. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We had 3 quotes for the work, all from A listed Angie's companies, and they were the lowest.

It went so well I could hardly contain myself. In fact, I phoned the office after seeing them in action for about an hour and told the receptionist how thrilled I was to have selected Integrity Tree! Three very professional tree pruners worked very thoughtfully and neatly and efficiently. These guys know how to prune trees properly. Many so called tree people just take a hedge trimmer and the poor tree ends up looking like it got a haircut with a bowl on its head! The trees look wonderful and I am sure they will be a lot healthier and attractive for months if not years to come. I highly recommend this company. It is pricier than some but well worth it! If you care about your trees, you must get in tough with Integrity Tree!

the process for setting an appointment for an arborist to visit the property was easy and timely, each tree was discussed, and a plan of action was determined. we were particularly concerned about the size of our trees and the weight at the top. we hadn't used a tree service that had climbers for the last several years and we knew it was time to address a problem that could only be solved by guys up in the trees. we were scheduled for 7AM. the crew showed up a few minutes early and was prepared to go at 7. the arborist met with the team of cutters and then reviewed, with me, what was to be done to each tree. the first surprise is that there were no surprises. everything went exactly as planned and timed. the climbers, Zane and Sergio, were methodical and competent. they surveyed each tree as they approached it, then ascended and attacked their plan. they worked independently while is separate large trees and worked in tandem when they were working the trees that were in small groves. the ground crew consisted of Marcos, Victor, and Sean. this crew worked, simultaneously with the climbers, bringing down, by rope, all the large limbs that needed guidance, and cleaning the grounds as they went. the system was efficient and we noted out second surprise: not a single item in our yard was damaged, misplaced, or left a mess through this very large job. after the crew was done, they walked me through the job, examined every tree, and discussed what would be done next year, when they come back. after they left, we walked around the yard and surveyed the trees. they were beautiful and looked healthy. they were cut in such a way as to make them look full, while we were aware that a huge amount of weight and clutter had been cut away. the yard looked as if no one had touched it as far as trampling, breaking, and cleanliness was concerned.

Crew of 5 arr @ stated the job was completed in 45 min me chipping, haul away & finish work.

Arrived early and started right away. Cleaned up afterwards. The 3 man crew was great.

the prop on the leaning tree is excellent. the trim on the mesquite trees excellent as well. would highly recommend this company for tree care.

I got bids from two services, Integrity's price was less than half than the other bidder. The work was done professionally, and they actually did a bit more than the contract called for, and volunteered to do the extra work. A side note: the work was scheduled for a Wednesday, on Tuesday I received a call telling me they had a problem with a truck--asked if they could come Thursday instead. Even after I said Thursday would be fine, they repeated--despite the truck, we will keep the Wednesday appt, if necessary. Start to finish, I felt they went out of their way to provide the service I needed, when I needed it done. All the employees I contacted, from office, to bid, to the crew that did the service were very professional and courteous.

They arrived on time, did a great job of trimming my trees, were professional and cleaned up the area on the street where they ground up the branches and in the back yard where the trees were trimmed. I was very happy with the whole job!

The company was very professional. When I called, a man came out to discuss our needs with us within two days. He advised waiting until spring to trim the citrus trees. He measured everything and gave us an estimate on the spot. It was more than we wanted pay for all at once, so we asked for an itemized list from which we could select what we wanted right away and what could wait. We received that list from the office within a working day. We sent in our choice by e-mail, and got a call within a day of that to schedule the work. We arranged for a schedule about 3 weeks out, because we had just over-seeded our lawn and needed to wait for the new grass to get established. A crew of three arrived on the day and time appointed, and went right to work. There was a difficulty with their deep root injection system, but they both kept us informed about that and managed to get it fixed so that all of the work was finished by early afternoon. We have had the very large pine trimmed/cleaned in the past for well over $1,000 and the price from Integrity was $740. The tree looks really good now -- an excellent job. Another tree service we have used in the past either could not trim that large tree or could trim it only by bringing a big truck into our back yard. Integrity somehow did it without the big truck -- the tree is around 60 feet tall, and they did trim some of the dead wood and excess branches from near the top. I was particularly impressed with how well both the people who came to our home and the office staff communicated with us, both by phone and by e-mail.

On time, very thorough, very neat, job well done. They ask if everything is okay. I am always very pleased with their service. I have used them several times.
