Person who came to do the bid was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. Take time to make sure she knew what we wanted and offered suggestions based on her expert knowledge. Bid was well laid out and understandable and work was performed timely and per the bid. Cleanup was complete.

Since my landscapers only trim the lowest branches on trees, I have been struggling to trim my own trees for the last several years, but they finally got much too large for me to handle. From start to finish, it is obvious that the guys from Integrity Tree Service know what they are doing with trees. Within a few days of my online inquiry, the initial appraisal took place with Andy Cruz, a certified arborist. In addition to taking the time to prepare a detailed service estimate, he carries a wealth of knowledge and spent time educating me about the overall care and health of my trees. For a few trees, he recommended doing nothing, which speaks to his interest in taking care of my trees rather than padding my bill. On the actual day of service, the crew (David C, Chris, and David R) did an impeccable job. A large amount of trimming was completed in an efficient manner and my place was left spotless. They took the time to walk the property with me at the start of the job and upon its completion to review everything in detail and make sure my expectations were met. I am sure their price is not the cheapest that you can find, but I think it was very fair. The big difference here is that you are paying for tree experts to do a job correctly, not just random laborers to hack away at your trees. I should have called Integrity Tree Service long ago.

With the potential for severe monsoons looming, I contacted Integrity Tree Service by email in June 2018 to have some trees thinned out to reduce the possibility of damage caused by falling limbs; a few days later, Andy (an arborist for Integrity) stopped by my house, and as I suspected, he let me know up front that summer is the wrong time of the year to cut-back Ash trees. However, Andy suggested some light trimming to remove branches hanging over my house and fences, as well as the cutting off of some small branches to reduce the stress on over-weighted limbs; he also recommended that the trees be fed. A few days later Sal, Val, and Anthony C. came out to trim the trees, going over (before starting) Andy’s write-up of what was to be done to each tree, and then afterward, bringing me out to make sure that their work met the requirements set up by Andy, and that the work area was cleaned up to my expectations. The next day someone from Integrity came out to feed the trees (unfortunately, I failed to get his name), but as was the case with the others I had dealt with at Integrity, he was very friendly, and took the time to explain the process of feeding the trees. I worked with more than one person in the office at Integrity, and though I only recall the names Michelle and Terrie, the office personnel were all friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with my experience, and I genuinely recommend Integrity Tree Service for your tree needs.

It went very well. Integrity (Joey/Chris) were great to work with. We were wondering whether to cut down the Sisso tree but went with their expertise/recommendation to clean and trim out the tree for a year to see if it caused any issues before cutting down this tree. They also did a great job on the Mesquite Tree in front. We would hire them again and highly recommend them. They were higher than the other bids we received- but we felt you get what you pay for and we wanted someone with tree/knowledge and that is what we go. Highly recommend this company and crew. They cleaned up everything - no issues what so ever.

Could not have been a better experience. Josh Tabor, Austin Crosby, and Anthony Basile were excellent representatives for their company. They were on time, took their time doing the work rather than rushing through it, and were gracious in explaining exactly what they were doing and the reason why. It was obvious that they love trees and love their jobs! It was a pleasure to meet and do business with them. And the two trees look great! I will be using Integrity Tree Service from now on, without question.

All services quoted were provided in a timely manner and the work performed was done very well. Services performed included removal of 2 large trees with a crane, removal of 4 small trees, grind stumps, and prune and thin approximately 8 other trees. I will use Integrity Tree Service again because of the quality of their work and their reliability. They are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Very well. They did a superb job of trimming my Canary Island Palm....only the dead fronds. Cleaned up the yard well afterwards, too. Also trimmed 2 trees and checked on girdling roots. The price seemed a little high, but I wanted confidence and peace of mind that the job would get done correctly. And, it did! I liked the communication that the workers had with me! That's super important! I had taken a pruning class from the owner a few years ago and was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. That's why I had confidence in Integrity Tree Service from the beginning.

Integrity Tree Service is the only tree trimming company we have used for the past 3 years now. They are professional, on time, and customer service oriented. They plan and trim the trees with an eye towards sustainability of the tree for years to come. Roy visited a week before the service to review the work with me and give me an estimate. After I accepted it, Josh T., Anthony B. and Joey G. were onsite on time. When there were questions, they explained options. They thoroughly cleaned up the front and back when they were done. Five-star service!

Andy came and gave us an estimate. The office called the next day to schedule. The day before they were scheduled the office called to give us a 4 hour window when they would arrive. They arrived within 1/2 hour of the start of the window. After confirming what was to be done they efficiently went to work. After trimming the tree, they rang the bell and asked that I come and inspect their work and if I wanted any other trimming done. Very professional crew that I would recommend without reservation.

Service as usual was spectacular. It is easy to see that this company believes in Safety First and they are extremely professional, courteous, and all around really nice guys. Great. On time and knowledgable. Expensive but worth it. Did not advise doing an additional tree (citrus) as hot summer could leave it vulnerable to damage which I appreciated. Crew of 3 worked for more than 4 hours - and cleaned up after.

I have been a customer of Integrity Tree Service for over 20 years. Their professionalism, quality of service, and technicians are excellent. In particular, Sarah's knowledge about trees is expert. Eric who has treated our trees is very professional and personable. I really can't say enough good about them. 20 + years says it all.

It went great. The crews were on time both times for the removal and the stump grinding. They were courteous. They cleaned up the mess. One of the stumps required extra time but Wil and Joey did what they needed to do! I got three estimates from three different companies. Integrity wasn't the cheapest (they were in the middle) but they did seem to be the most knowledgeable and most professional. One of the other companies seemed like they were just trying to up-sell me on more services. Integrity didn't do that. They told me what would be done, told me what I needed to do to kill the stumps(and save me some money) and were here when they said they would be. I highly recommend them!

Crew #1 Sal, Val, Anthony C were prompt, pleasant to work with and meticulous. They were careful not to harm any nearby plants and they did not leave any tree branches in the pool. The area they were working did not have much room and yet the tree came down without any problems. The crew cleaned the area and when they were done, you would not have known a tree was just removed. Thanks for the excellent result.

The team (Josh Taber, Anthony Basile, Joey Gohl) were prompt, we reviewed the work order and they jumped right in. They did a great job, especially on my overgrown mesquite tree. All trees have great shape now, I have more confident this work will help my trees survive strong monsoon winds . . .even a couple neighbors commented on how nice they look. I am a repeat customer because I am always pleased with the service, from the scheduler, the estimator, to the trimming team.
