The crew came within the window time frame. They were courteous and did the job professionally. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the debris. All they did left me extremely satisfied. Will hire them again next year.

The tree was removed on schedule, but a shed was damaged. Integrity took care of the damage, but this did take time. But they did take care of the problem.

They came on time, were professional, and looked very thorough. Some clean-up could have been a little better, but overall great.

Initially, we called Integrity in 2012 because a storm had caused major damage to a Palo Verde in the front yard and 2 other tree services told us it would have to be brought down. John, the owner, personally came out on a Sunday to look at it. His recommendations and experience convinced us to move forward with Integrity. They were out within a couple of days, fitting us into a very busy schedule and saved our tree. John himself even got the job started. Because of this, when it came time to do tree trimming before the summer season in 2013, Integrity was our first choice. Roy came out and gave a very fair estimate for the amount of work to be done on all the trees in our yard. It was scheduled and they showed up within the time promised, were very attentive to detail and cleaned up very well when done. I was very pleased with the job done by the entire crew, Michael, Sergio, David E & David M. This year, 2014, we again called Integrity. They were our 1st and only choice. After receiving the estimate from Steve, Mike L, Ivan, and Hanoy did the work exactly as we wanted. We couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. Their experience and expertise are spot on. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up everything when they were done. There were a couple of snafu's with the office staff in some of the scheduling this year, but they were quickly worked out. Overall, I highly recommend Integrity. They know their business and they do it well. It shows that they really care about what they do.

I worked with the office staff to try and set an appointment, but being a working individual myself I'm generally available around the lunch time hours (11:30 am-1 pm). I was informed however that they take their lunch hour at 12-1 and it would have to be hour before that 11-12 or any time after that. That made it really difficult to set up an appointment, but I set an appointment about a week and half out to get an estimate (my wife was willing to leave work early to sit at home for the 11-12 appointment). I even called the day before to verify that I was on the schedule and I could expect a phone call when the individual was on his way to my home. Well 4/17 was the appointment and at 11:50 am I hadn't heard from anyone from Integrity so I called to inquire. I was notified by the office staff that they didn't know what happened other than the gentlemen in the field was having some problems and that he could be there at 1 pm to give me the estimate. I told them to just cancel my appointment and I would go with a different vendor, apparently their potential customers time is of no value to them. I wasn't going to ask my wife to stick around for another hour and have to explain to her boss that because the company couldn't notify us of a problem that they expected us to either reschedule (again not during the lunch hour) or wait another hour until he could arrive. I work in the home building industry and if there is a situation that affects a customer in anyway, the customer is generally one of the 1st people to be notified of the delay/situation. For such good reviews on Angieslist I hope that I'm the rarity for this company, but I wasn't left with a good feeling. Their office staff was great and and very nice, but the attentiveness of the field group left a little bit to be desired.

All the guys showed up on time. worked the property and knew exactly what to do. They did a great job. All trees look great and natural.

The crew arrived later than expected, but they kept me informed as to their arrival time. After arriving, Mike, Nick, and Brad worked steadily until all of the tasks were completed. The stump grinding was performed by T.J. a few days later. The tasks were all completed in a professional manner. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Arrived just before 2 pm (end of timeframe). All three were very professional. Leader knew which limbs, required trimming off the seven trees.

The team arrived exactly when they said they would. They took their time and did a thorough job. All the trees look great. Our team was led by the Arborist Roy Maxey, he did an outstanding job of directing the crew and helping us make the proper decisions on our trees. The remaining team members were David E, Eric, Marcos, Zane, Sal, Jason, David M and Victor. Would highly recommend this company and crew.

Professional, excellent, and thorough.

We called to arrange for service, and an appointment was made for assessment. The representative arrived as scheduled, and reviewed the work we had in mind. He advised not to trim a pine that I thought might need some shaping -- he said it looked fine to him. He was the same representative who assessed the work we had done last fall, so that helped speed things up some. It took him about half an hour to assess and to complete the paperwork, with price. We heard from the office the next day, and scheduled the work to be completed. The crew arrived promptly at 6:30 a.m., and immediately began trimming the trees. There were about 4-5 workers present, and two of them began the work of feeding trees while the trimming went on. After trimming, the lead person asked us if we were satisfied with the trimming -- we were, but I am sure that if we had not been, they would have done additional work. It took them until about 2:00 to finish all of the feeding (with a lunch break). They cleaned everything up, discussed the work with us, we signed the paperwork, and they left. The office will bill our credit card. The trimming cost was about $500 of the total cost. All of the rest was in the feeding -- about 650 gallons of fertilizer was used, most of it using deep-root application. Although this sort of thing is expensive, we think it is well worth it. Our trees and shrubs are much healthier than they were back when we didn't use professionals to feed them, and of course it is very difficult to trim one's own large trees, especially some of the thorny citrus. This is the second tree service company we have used, and overall we think Integrity Tree Service does a more complete and professional job for a comparable or slightly lower price.

I was having construction done on my house. I could have prevented a lot of damage to my yard and trees if I had called Integrity Tree sooner! John came out to see a tree that had been hit by a backhoe. He immediately set barriers around the trees, marked off areas for the contractor to store heavy building materials, and indicated "safe" paths to move equipment through the yard. His crew augered the ground and fed the trees to mitigate the damage that had already happened. Finally, David E, David M, Nick, and Brad trimmed the tree. The word "trimming" does not do it justice. They were works of art. Extremely professional. Neighbors had their tree done too! Excellent!

The owner evaluated the trees - sent his experienced pruner. There was a mix-up on the time - I called because of the confusion. The trees were given professional attention. I am very satisfied w/the work.
