Integrity Tree Service did an excellent job. This is the second time we have used this firm for extensive pruning of our fully grown desert trees. The crew was as friendly and courteous as before. We have recommended this firm to several friends.

We have worked with this company for several years. Crew 2 came this time, and they did an excellent job, as has always been the case. These trees are large and a lot of work to cut back. They know what they are doing and take care to trim so that the tree stays healthy. We had an estimate first which detailed exactly what needed to be done for each tree and all questions were clearly answered.

Prompt, friendly crew met with me when they arrived to discussed my needs- we are having our house painted later in the month, and I needed some of the overhanging trees to be pruned so that painters can get close to house (while still making sure the trees are beautiful and healthy after the pruning). All work done exactly as we hoped, with excellent clean up before they left. I highly recommend the crew- David C, Sergio, David R, Matthew N, and Victor, as well as Andy who did the original evaluation and bid. We have used this company several times before, and will continue to do so in the future.

This is the third time I have used Integrity Tree Service. They always do a super job! The trees look great!

My crew was Merrill Martinez, Wil Wilbur and Joe Gohl. I am a Master Gardener and watched their work, I learn so much from tree professionals and enjoy watching the choreography between them. Merrill was the tree climber, and clipped and roped himself well each time he moved from branch to branch. The two guys on the ground promptly picked up all the severed branches and twigs, helped Merrill spot from the ground, and they all made sure each knew what was happening. They were very personable, and Merrill consulted me several times to make sure I was comfortable with which branches were removed, and educated me how he made the smallest cut possible on the huge branch so as to injure the tree the least possible, and explained how the tree could heal the large crack with the weight of the branch now gone. He evaluated the tree first from the ground, and then several times once he was in the tree, looking at all angles. The crew helped with that from the ground as well. Merrill dropped each branch carefully to the ground worker so as not to injure any of the shrubs below, and made sure the neighbor’s yard was protected from any damage by the dropped branches. The crew then started the chipper and fed all the removed branches and any litter into it. They basically swept the easement outside of my fence, and the neighbor’s space, as well as my area below the tree, and used a blower to round up the remainder of the litter. This crew worked constantly for 3 hours to complete the work on the one huge tree. As expected, except for the one large branch removed that had cracked a space on a huge branch, you could not tell that anything was done to the tree just by looking at it. They did a perfect job, as expected from previous work done for me by Integrity Tree, and as evaluated by my knowledge as a Master Gardener. I live in the NW Valley of the Phoenix area, and their location is in another part of the Valley, but they simply schedule several jobs coming this direction or near my location, so the wait was only about 3 weeks. Again, they were not trying to sell me the pest treatment, told me the pros and cons, and let me make the choice. There is a night and day difference between certified arborists and the guy roaming the streets with a trailer behind his pickup looking for landscaping work. Hire Integrity Tree Service!

Their response was delayed due to the monsoon season and emergency requests due to trees down related to the weather. The crew was extremely professional and the trees look amazing. They will definitely be the only company we use for our trees from here forward!!

The crew - Merrill, Joe, Austin and Eric did an awesome job trimming those trees. After the trimming, they cleaned up the backyard much to my satisfaction. They took an extra mile, taking cut off branches of a shrub that I left on the ground the other day and shredded them. One guy brought back the trash bin from the curbside to the backyard.

Excellent! We had a 6000 lb tree that was leaning at a 45 degree angle as well as another large tree that the top snapped off in a storm. Integrity sent an arborist out quickly took care of all the trees that needed removal and pruned all of our large trees so the next monsoon wouldn’t damage them. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable staff and the job they did!

It went very well. I have a beautiful, large 30+ year old mesquite tree that is leaning after a recent storm. John Eisenhower, Integrity's owner, came out the same day to assess its viability and recommend action to try to extend my tree's life. He was very kind and professional. The crew who were out today, consisting of Chris, David and David, were punctual and very professional. They spoke to me to be sure they understood what I wanted, and set about to do just that. I learned that Chris previously worked at the Desert Botanical Garden, and knows trees! I will use this company for all my future tree-related needs.

This company was absolutely amazing. From contact with the ladies in the office to Crew #1 (Sal, Val, David R. and Mat V.). They were professional, courteous and worked quickly to remove 2 trees that were taken down during the storm. I am most impressed by Michelle, the scheduler. She was absolutely amazing. The arborist they sent out, Sarah, was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend this company!

The crew (#1 - Sal, Val, Wil, Mat) arrived within the timeframe I was given. They reviewed the work that was scheduled to be done to confirm that they understand what was requested. They performed the work as expected, in a timely manner and did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris from the trimming work.

Sal, Val, & Keeve actually showed up earlier than scheduled (which was great). They went right to work. they were very professional, polite, even taking time to help neighbors negotiate around their equipment even moving their trucks when needed. In less than 3 hours they had removed 3 trees and left our yard cleaner than when they arrived. Stumps are scheduled to be ground next week I'm sure that crew will do as good of a job.

Quick, professional job. Excellent clean-up...if my one tree wasn't gone and the other one looking great, I couldn't have told they were ever here! Highly recommended.

The owner, John, was at our house the same day I contacted the insurance company. He and Sergio removed some of the branches and installed a tarp over the hole in the roof. John set up a time for complete removal of the tree. On tree removal day, Sal, Val and Sergio arrived at the appointed time with all their trucks and equipment. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned all areas leaving no debris. Integrity Tree Service is a highly professional company. Their staff is excellent and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Josh Tober, Anthony Bosile, and Joey Gohl of Crew 2 were outstanding. They were courteous, on-time, and did a very good job. What a great bunch of guys they have at Integrity Tree Service! I would describe them as very professional.

Arrived on schedule. Crew dressed appropriately for tree work. Knew exactly what to do and went right to work in two crews. work well done and clean up was excellent. They were very professional in their work and dealings with each other as a team.

The Crew Team of Mike, Matthew, and Austin were very professional and took extreme care when cutting the tree branches, after a wicked storm that blew a 30 foot mesquite on my car and house. They took their time and worked as a team in performing precise cutting duties. The were very careful and ensured every cut they made did not impact or come down on my vehicle. They cleaned up every branch raked my yard and took it away. THESE GUYS WERE FANTASTIC

I have had 2 trees in front of my house for 12 years, planted with the original landscaping and an assortment of 30 - 40 other plants, all on drip lines, which have become overgrown, probably due to an ample supply of water. There are many crossed branches and dead branch tips. The crew arrived on time, set up buckets over some of the other plants, and managed to avoid damaging any other plants during the pruning process. They removed the agreed-upon 20% and 15% of the tree crowns respectively, including many crossed branches, and thinned both trees without lion-tailing branches or making the trees look like lollipops. My only quibble was that I thought they could have removed still more dead branch tips. Their clean-up was thorough and complete.
