This job was outstanding in every way, from the front-office scheduler to the on-site estimator to the work crew and the provider follow-up. Knowledgable, professional, courteous, on-time, and immaculate in their clean-up--they were a model of how to do things right. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and I'll never use anyone else myself.

Great. Andy said they would start at 7am and the crew (David C, David B, Andres and Merrill) arrived at 6:30am, set up at 6:45 and were firing up the saws at 7am sharp...Trees were beautifully trimmed, certainly not hack-n-wack...Trees that were cut down had stumps about 2" from ground...I'm taking it from there...

Eric was on time, professional, informative and cleaned up so it looked like everything was not disturbed.

COMPANY RE-SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT TWICE. WORK WAS GOOD. bLOWER BROKE. DIDN'T COMPLETE CLEANUP.

Sergio, team leader, called en route. Arrived on schedule. David C, Chris + Marcus on team polite, friendly, efficient, professional, neat, and did a great job. Made sure everything met my satisfaction and answered all questions.

Went well. Showed up on time, maybe early. Introduced to whole crew. Went over proposal with supervisor to ensure it goes as planned. The crew moved all items nets, toys, toy house, yard ornaments and landscape lighting under trees to prevent damage. Left for work. Came home work was complete. Yard was clean and all items that were moved were back in place.

It was charged per tree, it cost a lot. Altogether, everything we had done was a couple thousand dollars. We have used a lot of different people and then we found these people. We have lived here a long time. They do an excellent job. Our trees are a huge investment and in Arizona, the weather is so hard on trees. They do a great job keeping our trees healthy and trimmed up. We have a couple that are real close to the house and they trim them, so they don’t go over the roof and that kind of thing. I only met the one worker. I wasn’t here the day they did the fertilization, but I was here the day they did the trimming and he was great.

They did a great job trimming 2 big Sumac trees that we have and fertilizing my queen Palm.

Very well. It was a pretty big job, took around 3 hrs. They did a great job with the trimming and cleaning up the yard when finished.

We've been using Integrity Tree Service since they were able to save our tree in the Front Yard several years ago when it lost a huge branch & we thought we'd lose the whole tree. They were the only company that gave us an option to save it & it's still doing great! This year, Roy again gave us our estimate & even personally came out on the day service was done to make sure the crew knew exactly what he needed done. This years crew, Mike, David R, Merrill & Troy did an excellent job, even surpassing what we expected. We couldn't be happier or more pleased. We trust Integrity to do what's right for our yard. Excellent. Highly qualified. Not the cheapest in town, but well worth it if you want work by professional & knowledgeable arborists instead of hacked or poorly trimmed trees. These guys know what they're doing.

All went well, as it has every time we use this company. Our tree specialist came to review the trees, and the work was scheduled for an appropriate time (late February). Crew #1 arrived as scheduled, and did an excellent job. All 4 trees look much better!

Excellent. Bid for the other work was significantly lower than quote I obtained from an alternative source of work that I also obtained from Angie’s list. The work was done timely and with excellence. Integrity diagnosed a fungal growth on the lemon tree, pointed its manifestation on the tree out to me and took the time to explain what I needed to do in watering to avoid the problem in the future. Their treatment of it was successful, in conjunction with the recommended different approach to watering. Excellent and very professional work. I highly recommend Integrity for their customer-centered focus, excellence of the quality of their work, and willingness to teach the customer what the customer needs to do differently to maintain the health of their plants.

Crew arrived on time. Performed tramming without damaging landscaping. Were professional. Consulted with owner wherever they required guidance. Cleaned up detritus completely.

Roy estimator is very professional & on time same for the crew. They are quick, clean up well & very friendly & good.

In fact, it was the second time that I had Integrity Tree Service to trim the trees as I was pleased with the previous job they did. This time the crew - Mike, Carlos and Scott - did an awesome job. Mike made sure that I was satisfied with the completion of the trimming of each tree . I will hire the company again when the trees need trimming.
