All went very. Eric and Will arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I do, however, continue to feel Integrity's service, although very good, are a bit pricey. Nonetheless, I will likely use them again.

It went extremely well. The crew consisted of David, Chris, Mike, and Joey. They were very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They did a very good job of trimming our trees and their was very good. They told us in advance what work they would be doing and answered all of our questions and concerns. Very Professional group.

Within 24 hours of my call, the work was done. David C, Chris, Mike L and Will were professional, friendly, completed all the work quickly, asked me to take a look and confirm it was all ok, and cleaned up all debris so you wouldn’t know a tree had been trimmed. Plus they made my dogs’ day with all the extra petting ; )

From the estimate with Roy to the finished service with Crew#1 (Sal, Rob B, and Josh) every point was co-ordinated. They all listened to what I wanted and then explained what was best for the tree, and we combined for a finished product. I have had several estimates thru the years, but always go back to them. They have the best price for the best service. And I also want to say thank you to the office staff who calls to remind me the day before.

Everyone I had contact with was courteous and easy to work with. The teams that came out to remove the trees were professional and the work was done quickly and the clean up was great.

Told to bad so sad Queen Palms do not do well in Arizona. Not our fault. $1150 to do the work. Result Dead Trees. By the way had been in the yard for 10 years the neighbor explained.

It could not have gone more smoothly! From Andy, who came initially to inspect the trees and give a detailed work order and pricing, to Merrill, David, Eric and Alex who were here and did a fabulous job. We could not be more happy and satisfied with Integrity Tree! They were prompt, listened to and addressed our questions and concerns, were absolute professionals in their craft plus cleaned up the yard over and above what we had expected. We will highly recommend them plus already have plans for their return to take care of a few more trees next year!

Work was excellent! Crew of Mike Logan, Mike S., and Austin did a great job! Thinned out the tree nicely without making it look like it was butchered.

They communicated very clearly about the work that was recommended. Scheduling was very easy. The workers showed up on time and reviewed the job before starting, answering all of our questions. They worked very efficiently and cleared and remove all of the trimmings. They do great work and I highly recommend them.

Integrity is professional in every thing they do from coming out & giving me an estimate to fertilization and trimming of my trees. Expensive but worth it.

David C, Austin, and Ronnie were on time, we went over the work to be performed, they did an excellent job, they cleaned up beautifully, and they were really nice guys.

Integrity Tree Service provides professional, courteous service. The employees know what they're doing ... Integrity is more expensive than hiring a neighborhood tree trimmer, but worth it for their knowledge and professionalism. If you love your trees, give them the best care possible by using Integrity.

One was very damaged do to wind. The repair made the tree look great. The guys that did work (Merrill Martinez, Sergio Soto, Eric Wilson, *****, and Jodie did a fantastic job. The property was clean and before they left they made sure I was completely satisfied. Though the price was a bit high, this is a very professional team and I highly recommend there work

Very well! We have been using Integrity Tree Service for over 2 years now, and our queen palms look great, as does our 1 Mexican Palm tree! Andy came out the week before to analyze and recommend services that he thought were needed. He is always spot-on. A 2-step process: The fertilizing crew came to the house early last Thursday and did their thing at the appointed time. I barely knew they were here. The trimming crew arrived right on schedule yesterday (Monday 10/2): Will, Merrill, David, Eric and Sergio. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up when they finished, asked me to have a look and let them know if they missed anything. Everything looked great!

We were very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the team who came to remove the large tree in our backyard. David C, Chris, Austin, Mike La, and Sergio were very sensitive to our needs taking extra care to protect our landscaping as they carefully removed the targeted tree and all the associated debris. They left my yard clean as a whistle! They did all of this at a very competitive price.

I was extremely satisfied, and would hire Integrity Tree Service again!

Everything went very well except I was told that I'd get some weed killer to "paint" on to the cat's claw stumps, and that did not happen. The guys also had to call someone to get confirmation that they were supposed to grade the cumquat tree well, as it was too deep. They got the confirmation, but if you ask me, the well is still too deep. They cleaned up all the debris that was created by the pine tree project, including all kinds of stuff that was there before they arrived, which was an unexpected surprise.

We ended up hiring a small landscaping to do the work for$1000 less than Integrity. We felt that the cost was way too high and the wait time for the service would be almost 2 months.
