Excellent! Roy (Arborist) had came out a second time to diagnose a problem with a new tree, and he was as friendly and professional as always! The service crew of Chris, Mike, Lawrence, Joey and David were also excellent----careful of other plants near the trees, thorough cleanup, and a great job of carefully pruning the olive trees. They even asked me to inspect them when they were finished. Overall, I especially like Integrity Tree because they do not over-prune----they hold the health of the tree with the highest regard.

Prompt bid appointment, followed by transparent price information and then follow through on the work. They did all I wanted them to do, at a fair price, on time. They cleaned up afterwards, like the pros they are and left me with great looking, thinned out trees.

Great. They arrived on time and a 4-man crew set about trimming the tree. The tree is cut back quite a bit now but looks very good and hopefully will drop fewer leaves and branches in our neighbor's yard. I was amazed watching two of the workers climb the tree (with safety harnesses) and go about their business. Cleanup was great also.

Sal, Josh, and Anthony were extremely professional and courteous, the job was completed quickly and clean up was perfect. I will continue to use this company, this is the 2nd time.

We have used Integrity Tree service for years. This work was like most of the past work: very professional, responsive and high-quality. Crew members Sal, Josh and Val did an excellent job. We were completely satisfied with their work. They arrived on time, completed the work within the advertised time-frame, did a great clean-up job and left. We will continue to use Integrity Tree Service for all our tree trimming and maintenance needs. The owner, John Eisenhower, is very knowledgeable. This is a small, family-owned business that you can trust.

The insurance company indicated that this tree was a hazard and the rate could be increased. Several companies were contacted for bids. Integrity Tree responded quickly and professionally. They were not the lowest bid but they met all of our requirements and provided us with a contract and complete statement of work. They arrived promptly at 7am and began work. They set up a staging area where their tools (chainsaws and other instruments of tree destruction) were at the ready. Merrill, Integrity's project lead, Alex and David donned their hard hats, goggles, chaps and gloves and went to work. They required a crane due to the size of the tree so Merrill harnessed up and climbed into the tree. He kept his tethers connected and clear and at no time was he in an unsafe position. Their professionalism was evident from the first cut. The top of the tree was removed, lifted and set down behind the chipper machine in such a way that the branches could be easily fed into the chipper. While Alex and David were trimming and feeding the branches into the chipper, Merrill and the crane operator were setting up the next cut. Soon as the first cut was cleared the next portion of the tree was lowered into place. This was repeated until the tree was gone. They appeared to have control of the process at all times, at no point was I concerned about their safety or of our property. There was no wasted time and when they left, with the exception of the tree, everything was left as they found it. Very impressive work by the team and I would recommend Integrity Tree to anyone who needs their service.

Andy came to give us a price on what was needed and answered all our questions. He was informative and very professional, recommended not trimming one tree that was already distressed. Crew 1, Sal, Josh, and Val came within the appointed timeframe. They were fast, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Their debris removal and cleanup was excellent. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and far exceeds the work we have had done in previous years. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

Roy is our sales associate. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient trustworthy and helpful. His customer service is outstanding. The crew was supervised by Merrill Martinez. Merrill is perhaps the best supervisor that has been on our job. He sets an example, works hard and was sensitive to our needs. The other crew members, Alex Bulina and David Rios were outstanding . You can’t go wrong using this company.

Excellent! Sarah Maitland came out when she said she would. Her knowledge is priceless. The pruning was done by Merrill Martinez, and Alex Bulina. They also were knowledgeable. I noticed that they were very considerate of the property and the clean-up was phenomenal. I would recommend them to other people.

The person who provided the estimate was very professional, took his time and explained everything he thought needed to be done and explained why and how. Prompted scheduling. The team that did the actual work were also very professional and thorough. We did a walk through before and after the job was completed. All in all we are very pleased with the service and will use this company again.

The crew did an excellent job. They were on time (7:00 a.m. just as scheduled), were professional, asked for feedback throughout the job project, and cleaned up after themselves so that our yard looked beautiful. Last week Andy, an arborist for Integrity Tree, evaluated our tree needs, gave recommendations, and provided a written quote with detailed descriptions of work to be done. Andy has worked with us previously and has proven to be very dependable and knowledgeable. Today David, Chris, Mike and Joey arrived 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time! When does that happen? Impressive! On arrival David introduced all the workers and reviewed the plans for pruning the trees before starting the work. They carefully removed decorative items in the yard that might be in the way of falling branches. They also laid down tarps to collect the debris. The work involved pruning of 3 very mature trees, a huge ficus and 2 very tall willow acacias. They asked for our input throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the progress. They cleaned up the limbs and debris as they worked. The finished result was exactly as we wanted. David also provided feedback on steps we might want to consider next year when we have the trees pruned again. Next week we are having them do special fertilizer applications for our citrus trees and ficus. We have been using Integrity Tree Service for several years and have always been impressed with their knowledge, skill, and professionalism. The owner requires that all their employees keep up-to-date with continuing education in their field. It definitely shows in the knowledge and enthusiasm they bring to their job. We also like that they are very observant of safety in the manner they work, the gear they wear, and their attentiveness in protecting our property. We feel the cost of service with Integrity Tree is definitely worth the high quality work they provide. Years ago we have twice had large trees felled during monsoon storms. Losing beloved trees plus the cost of removal of the trees and stumps has taught us to have our trees pruned every spring to reduce the probability of such losses. We highly recommend Integrity Tree Service and will continue to use them in the future.

Great service, very professional. They did what they said they would, when promised. So rare nowadays! The removal was pretty pricey, but such high quality service, it was worth it for the peace of mind.

Everything went well. We have had this same work done for several springs, and have been very satisfied. This year was no exception. The work was done by two separate groups on two separate days -- one group for the tree trimming, another for the fertilization. Both groups were extremely punctual, professional, and pleasant. The work done was very much to our satisfaction. Billing was handled by the office in a very convenient way.

Two fairly large trees were trimmed and shaped. Were at my home almost three hours. Did a very good job and left everything very tidy and cleaned up - even the street area where tree limbs were shredded! Team consisted of: Josh, Sergio, Eric

Eric W. phoned when he was on his way and arrived on time. I had been given a two hour window of time, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., but he was actually here at just about 11a.m. He is very personable, and explained what he would be applying to the trees, and answered questions that I asked about the product. He also gave me some information about trees on neighbors properties that are not good choices and explained how such trees can get under houses and cause problems.

Crew #1 was excellent. They were here early, were courteous and did a great job. Sal, Josh, Rob and Eric W were very nice men. They did a good job clearing the debris.

Andy, the arborist, is amazing, knowledgeable, professional and fair. Eric W. followed up with actual service--was professional, punctual and courteous. We couldn't be more pleased with Integrity--we are longtime customers.

The tree trimmers were friendly and professional. Reviewed what needed to be accomplished and when finished cleaned up the area, and reviewed the outcome.

Andy came out in January, and did a very detailed assessment of what needed to be done to clean up and preserve the health of my huge pine tree. He obviously did a great job communicating the details of our plan to Sal, Josh, Rob, and Eric (crew #1), who came out and did an awesome job. Specifically, they arrived within the designated tine frame, were friendly and professional, and made sure we were on the same page by discussing with me exactly what they intended to do. I was especially impressed with their teamwork in completing this challenging job to insure that they were all safe and nothing got damaged. After completing the tree pruning, they did a thorough job cleaning up the mess, even volunteering to remove a tree branch which had been on my roof since before this job. I am very grateful to my neighbor who recommended Integrity Tree Service. i was very impressed with their personnel and service, and I will certainly be using them again for any future tree service I might need.
