Very well! The initial assessment inspired confidence in Integrity, the scheduling was pain-free, and the crew was punctual, capable, and did a great job.

Crew #1 was fantastic! They arrived on time and were ready to go. The foreman walked me around the trees and explained what they would do and started working immediately. They were done in a little over an hour and the foreman again walked me around the trees to ask if they looked like I wanted (they did). They were very professional and very polite and they did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done by blowing out the debris on the ground and putting back all the things (such as bird feeders) back on the trees.

My trees needed shaping and pruning. Some of my neighbors have had their trees lose large branches, become ungainly and sometimes die because their landscapers (not arborists) don't know how to prune for the health of the tree. I only use Integrity Tree Service, even though they aren't the cheapest, because my trees are still healthy and beautiful after 18 years. The crew that came today (David C, Chris, Mike and Joey) made sure I understood and agreed with what they were going to do before they made the first cut. They made sure I approved the job after it was completed and cleaned up afterwards. They were prompt and polite and a lot of fun to talk to. I won't let anyone else touch my trees.

The tree stumps were ground to sawdust and workers Mathew and Joey were very prompt and professional. I will definitely use Integrity again!

We couldn't be happier with the work performed. The crew arrived on time, were courteous and very professional. They worked well together and were obviously very skilled at their jobs. They removed the trees quickly and without damaging existing plants or hardscape, and removed all debris. The office staff was also very helpful and professional when we needed to reschedule our initial job, and they also called us proactively when a cancellation occurred and an earlier time slot opened up. Kudos to Eric, Joey, Mike, Chris, and David C. Great crew!

Time to quote was a little long, but pricing very competitive. Services however were scheduled very quickly after the quote was done. Both services performed on time on a very large eucalyptus tree. The trimming crew (David, Chris, Mike S, Mike) showed up on time, explained the work, and cleaned up great after the job. The growth regulator was applied on a separate appointment. Eric explained the work and took care of everything in an efficient manner, including a quick explanation regarding things he saw during the application process. Would definitely use again.

This company provides professional tree services and their crews do an outstanding job. We had them trim some palo verde and ficus trees. They also fertilized our citrus trees. These folks did a fabulous job for us and we could not be happier with the work they performed. Well worth the investment. Highly recommended.

I am always afraid of having people prune my trees since many of the trees of I have seen are terribly pruned. I had attended several of Integrity's Tree Service workshops and was pleased. Andy Cruz came out and gave me advice on trees and what needed to be done on trees that did not look so healthy. Next day a crew of 4 men came out and did the work. I was very pleased with the work and their professionalism. They definitely knew what to do and did a great job.

We had 2 olives and 1 shoestring acacia to be pruned. Merrill, Alex and David did a great job! We got trees that looked like trees -- not umbrellas or hollowed-out squares or balls. I liked that there was a "spotter" on the ground to help guide the guys working in the trees. All 3 guys were very personable and competent. They did a great cleanup as well. We have used Integrity in the past and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!

The crew (David C, Chris, Mike and Joey) worked very hard and steady. Am 100% satisfied with the work they did. Worked in a neat and orderly fashion - the yard was neat and tidy when they left.

Integrity Tree isn't the cheapest service, but they do excellent work. I've used their services for several years now. David, Merrill & Alex were the crew members this time and did outstanding work. On time, courteous & highly professional. They trimmed a massive Texas ebony, trimmed and fertilized a bottle brush tree, and fertilized my citrus. Since using Integrity, the health of my trees has improved dramatically over the service used by the previous homeowner. You get what you pay for. This company uses high standards- never a hack job on my trees. Highly recommend.

The crew arrived punctually and obviously very well equipped to do the work. They were professional, responsive to our special requests, and courteous. The crew had safety training. They did a thorough cleanup job, and the trees were beautiful when they finished. The price was reasonable for all the manhours and equipment involved. I first used this company several decades ago; and they are my go-to company for beautiful, healthy trees.

I was very happy with the team (Wil W and Joey G) and their work. They were professional, on time (actually early) and did a great job, especially the clean up. I would highly recommend Integrity Tree Service for anything related to tree service. I have now worked with three different teams and each one was exemplary.

Excellent, the crew that removed the tree did a very professional job. It was obvious they were well trained and followed safety standards. They cleaned up the work site when finished and certainly worked as a team. The seconded day Will and Joey were back to grind the stump. Again, very professional and when they were finished you would not have known there was a tree next to the driveway. They actually left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Also appreciated that both crews explained what they were doing and may sure all questions were answered.

It went great. David C, Chris, Mike, Joey and Sergio did a wonderful job trimming, thinning and clean up. I was well pleased with their work ethic and professionalism.
