Description of Work: Asked for an estimate several months ago and explained I would wait 2-3 months before the tree pruning...toward end of winter months. I asked that they call in January to schedule and they did. Work was done as expected and Steve, the estimator, was extremely helpful on a few random questions I had about other items in my yard. I am a "babe in the "woods" with AZ trees and shrubs as I am new to AZ vegetation vs East Coast. Will attend their pruning classes, as I am anxious to trim back my overgrown shrubs.

Description of Work: Trimmed a small tree trimmed and thinned two large deliveries that were long over due for trimming. Coand nsidering how much of the that needed to be removed the trees still have nice shaped. |They took care to ensure All plants and shrubs were unharmed in the yard and cleaned up hard to perfection. |Only complaint was had to wait 8 weeks to get on their schedule.

Description of Work: Excellent. They were on time and showed up with enough men to get the job done in a few hours. They pruned four huge tree that had not been pruned in years and a pine tree. They left the yard cleaner than they when they arrived. Over a year later the 5 trees they pruned leave less debris than the one I did not have pruned. Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: I have to admit that I always thought Integrity Tree service was overpriced and not a good value. But I ran into trouble with my Ash tree and I found myself in a situation where three different tree service providers were essentially making three vastly different assessments all the way from "your tree has fungus" to "you should take out the tree." I decided to call Integrity to come out because the last thing I wanted to do was lose a tree that adds value to our property. Bottom line is that Integrity recommended a course of action that was affordable and have me a 100% assessment of what was happening with my tree. It doesn't have fungus and it doesn't need to be removed. Integrity lived up to their name.

Description of Work: Called 4/4/13 AM re problem with tree we don't want to lose. Without my asking about fees, female rep quoted $150/hour in a tone that made it obvious they weren't interested in our business. Was told Mike or Ray would call in 1-2 days. It's been over a week with no return call. Off our list!
