custom cabinets
 + -1 moreOwner Bill came out and took measurements and said he would email me the quotes as well as send me sketches via regular mail. Over a week went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called. Talked to Bill's son who said Bill was out of town for the holidays (4th of July). After a bit he then changes the story to his dad is in town entertaining out-of-town nieces and promised he would have my quote the next day. Never heard from anybody until 4 days later when I got a call from Bill on my answering machine saying he forgot his grandkids were coming to visit and was spending time with them and would get my quote out that day or the next. The stories kept changing from out of town, then in town but with nieces then in town with grandkids. As soon as he realized he was having these visitors, he should have called me to explain the delay, not just ignore me. Well, I have never gotten any kind of a quote and will never call them again.
Description of Work: wanted quotes on building a large entertainment center/bookcase combo, remodeling my slump block fireplace into a traditional one with wood and granite, end tables and new doors for dining room china cabinet and matching buffet.

custom cabinets
 + -1 moreWhen we decided to go with Sugaro Cabinets, I dropped off the cabinet and stain to their business as I was going to be in their neighborhood. When the wine cabinet was ready, they called and made an appointment to come out and install it. The wine racks don't fit the type of glasses that I would have like to display, but I didn't think to measure beforehand. It looks great and otherwise we are very happy with their work!
Description of Work: I had my kitchen cabinets refinished by another company and bought new appliances. The refrigerator was too tall for the original space and the cabinet needed to be modified but the refinishers didn't do that type of work. I called Bill at Saguaro cabinets and he came out right away to give an estimate. It was a small job so I was very happy that he was so accommodating. We decided on a wine rack as opposed to making the cabinet shorter. The job included taking the cabinet apart, making 2 sections (one for the wine and one side for the glasses), installing the wine bottle dividers and glass holders and restaining the wood. Installation was included.
