As described above, all went very well. In installing the concrete pad, they did discover that the yard was not as flat as they had thought and as it looked, so it did take extra concrete. However, that was taken care of very smoothly and did not cause any delays. It was also interesting that Cindy, the person I spoke with on the phone who manages the office and does the scheduling, also came out. It was a pleasure getting to meet her. It made the experience so much more personal.

I called the office of Safewire Electric, to see if they installed ceiling fans. They were very friendly and made me feel like they truly wanted my business. I told them my about my hectic schedule, and they were more than willing to work with me and got me scheduled very quickly. Lee came over that same day to give me a free estimate for the work. The day I was scheduled, Lee and his helper, Joey, showed up on time, which is very important to me. Before they started working, they layed out drop clothes to minimize any mess. They worked very quickly and efficiently. It was obvious that they had a lot of experience with this type of thing. They assembled my fans, ran the wiring through the ceiling, and installed the fans. All was completed in just a couple of hours. What really impressed me was how well they cleaned up when they were done. Besides my beautiful new fans, you would never have known they were there. I wish all of my experiences with contractors had gone so well.
