My air conditioning quit working in the middle of the summer. My warranty company scheduled me with this company and like others, they literally did not show up. No calls, nothing. I called them multiple times throughout the day and they never answered.

Our home warranty company (One Guard) called them out for us. The no showed two days in a row. If they are selected by your home warranty company, request a different company.

Our home warranty company scheduled our service with this company. They just did not show up! They refused to call me, lied to the home warranty company about the limited communication we had via text messaging, and left me hanging for hours. I certainly do NOT recommend this company. They deserve -0- stars.

They arrived 3 hours late. They didn't call to let us know. I tried calling and they ignored my calls and they use Google to screen there calls. They never apologized. The absolute worse heating and air-conditioning company!

the ONLY reason we had RPM come to the house is because our warranty company is contracted with them among others. They came out after a WHOLE MONTH since the claim was put in, replaced the comoressor even though the last email said the whole unit was gonna be replaced. And the compressor can't get the AC below 87 degrees the middle of the day. They came out again the next day, put more coolant in it and gave it several hours and still wasn't working. The guy was supoose to come back again later that day and never did. We turned off the AC again because all it was doing was running up. The electric bill. RPM doesn't even have a website. They work out of a house if you can actually find it on Google. They don't return calls and it goes straight to leaving a voice message. Poor! Poor! Poor! We have had NO AC for a month. The warranty company One Guard isn't much better. No AC for the entire month of July in Phoenix and into August is absolutely unacceptable.

Andy showed up at my home in the middle of a pandemic and under a mask mandate in our city and REFUSED to wear a mask. Told me it's his right and choice to not wear a mask in MY HOME. He was promptly turned away. It's clear he does not respect his customers or their health. Not the kind of person I would ever do business with. A professional man would accept the current circumstances even if he chooses to disagree and wear the mask for his safety and that of his customers.
