Rick Town Tile LLC

Takes on too many jobs at once and probably my job was not big enough to meet his over scheduling. My kitchen turned out ok, but my fire place wall is sloppily done and left uncleaned.

Several contractors bid, Rick Town was lowest bid, which was nice because he was also the most helpful, knowledgable. Bid was made with all floors covered. Town removed and disposed of all carpet and flooring (every type), discovered some real problems including wide cracks in slab floor, humps and valleys especially between orignal and addition floors. No bellyaching at all, rented floor grinding tool to make job right and charged me only the rental tool cost (inconsequential), no extra labor. Rick proved to have great integrity, a "no ups-no extras" man who did everything required to create quality work. Coordinated very well with other trades. We were very blessed having this man do our tile. Trustworthy!

He did beautiful work with outstanding quality. There were a couple of spots where decisions needed to be made about how the molding and stone would be placed so it would work for the windows, sills, mosaic and corners. I relied on Rick's suggestions, based on his expertise, and am very happy I did. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend him.
