Ryan, who did the work, was excellent. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He did an outstanding job. I would hire Richards garden center again if and when I need service in the future.

The first contact with them was very professional and courteous; I was told the Tech would call me when he was on his way. I thought, yeah right I've heard that before and never happens. But, the Tech did call me and when he arrived to my house he was also very professional and courteous. He conducted a thorough search for the water leak...I braced for the worst but he showed me that it was only a defective sprinkler and that it could be replaced for under $100! For someone who knows absolutely nothing about sprinkler repair, he could have really sold me a bag of goods but he was honest and I very much appreciated that. i highly recommend Richard's Garden Center!

I have absolutely nothing in question; the quality, promptness, fair price and the guy Dave was real professional. He was on call and he works with Richard's Garden Center. He did a great job.

Rick is very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems. He tinkered with my system and said it should be OK because all was working well. Before he left he adjusted the timer control as he said I was getting too much water with M-W-F. Set it for every three days. Timer is not working well, so I need to have him come back to fix it. Very affable and easy to work with.

They were prompt and had what they needed to fix most of our issues. The customer service and professionalism was exemplary - definitely on my list of go-to vendors.

Showed up on time.Asked to be called when done so I could pay them.Never received call of completion.Finally went home at 3:30 as I work 4 miles from home.They had left and placed invoice on front door.We have three dogs and they had been in the house all day since they were working in yard.They did fix one part of system but the leak out front on drive is still leaking.No communication and when I called to pay invoice had to supply invoice number and not once was I asked how was repair or service.

Very polite, professional, on time, knew right away what my problem was and explained it to me so that I understood, replaced the part that was malfunctioning quickly and was on his way. Reasonably priced I thought too. Would definitely hire them again and refer to others as well. Happy Customer!
